Nice couple. Very accommodating for our family with five kids amongst us. Accommodations were perfect for the large group and breakfast was great, especially the homemade pumpkin bread! Location is close to a cool ice cream parlor that milks their own cows. Try the raspberry.

I always enjoy my stay with Ed and Stephanie when I come back to visit my friends in my hometown of Lancaster. The rooms are comfortable, food is great and as I've said in a past review, it's like staying at a friend's house. It's always my first choice when I come back home.

We stayed in the downstairs of the house because we thought we were bringing our dog with us. (It would have been perfect if she had come, but we found a last minute sitter for her so she wasn't with us.) The downstairs is really nice if you have a larger group too - a full kitchen, sleeping for 6 or 7 at least, large sitting area with tv, movie library, games, etc. And if you have little kids that could be noisy, they're unlike to bother other guests down there. The space was very cutely and aptly decorated - Amish farm decor - but with all the modern amenities. And it was so clean! No build up of dust anywhere, even amongst all that old wood and fixtures. Breakfast was delicious too, and plentiful. Homemade jams, locally sourced sausage - it's making me hungry again typing this up.

Our family really enjoys the breakfast at blue rock. We have been there four times while passing through Lancaster. The host are very friendly and have a thorough knowledge about the area. They are able to help out with any questions about attractions.

The hosts are kind and considerate. The breakfast was varied and delicious and even featured freshly picked fruit! The accommodations were clean and comfortable. It was a great location for exploring the Lancaster area. We stayed in the Dutchman Suite.

This was a last minute decision to book and I’m so glad I did ! From the excellent customer service to gracious hospitality this B&B is fantastic . Local brewery about 1 block away &about 10 mins from the outlets . The hosts are so personable and really make you feel welcome .

The rooms were spotless and the owners Ed and Stephanie were the nicest people. So accommodating and friendly. Stephanie served an excellent variety of foods for breakfast and was a great cook! Best weekend at their B&B! Would highly recommend to all. Thanks Ed and Steph. Mel n Bob

We recently stayed at the Blue Rock Bed and Breakfast while visiting our son at a nearby college. Ed and Stephanie were perfect hosts and very accommodating. The B&B was located 5 minutes from the school's campus, which made going back and forth very convenient. Rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. The homemade breakfast was delightful. We hope to return again soon!

It's always a pleasant stay at the Blue Rock B&B. Ed and Stephanie are great hosts. It's like staying at a friend's house. Breakfast is always delicious. It's my first choice when I come back to my hometown for a visit.
