If your looking for luxury don't go. It's a vacation motel in the right location,very reasonable, fridge microwave, coffee pot,very comfy beds and ac. Front door parking,pool. So you ppl looking for luxury don't send in pictures of paint chip,or floor tile lose. It's a nice vacation spot to lay your head,do the park and beaches,dip in pool

This is a great Road Trip place to stop. A classic vintage motel a block or so from the lake. It's close to Presque Isle state park, and has plenty of places to walk to (small store, restaurants, etc.). Clean, cozy, fridge, coffee and microwave in the rooms. Wonderful, friendly, helpful owner

Conveniently located yo Presque Isle and Waldameer. Inexpensive and easy to book. Rooms were clean. Air conditioner worked well. Glad to have mini-fridge and microwave. Small table with chairs was a nice touch. Motel is very dated. Sink faucet hard to turn off and on and water trickled out. Getting the shower to work was a daily adventure within most times inky 1/4 of the water making it up to the overhead shower head. The dresser drawers didn’t stay shut. All the furniture was chopped and scarred. The beds weren’t very comfortable. Although the rooms were non smoking, outside of each room there were plastic ashtrays and the smoke smell did get inside either through your room door or the window air conditioner.

I always stay in hotels but needed a place at the last minute and came upon this motel.. saw it came with great reviews so booked…. This motel was awesome.. manager friendly and personable… room was clean… updated… quiet…and the mattress was to die for… soooo comfortable… also enjoyed the laid back atmosphere of sitting on chairs provided outside our door and mingling with other guests! Definitely plan on staying again😎

Stayed here for the first time last week. The room was a good value compared to other similar motels in the area. Clean and pleasant smelling. Bathroom tub, sink and fixtures were a bit outdated, but seemed to be well maintained and in perfect operating condition. Mattresses were new (spoke with the owner upon check in who was talking about the process of changing them out), very comfortable memory foam. Nice adirondack chairs outside of each room. The property has a pool which I did not use but looked clean and well maintained. Great location being right next to Waldameer, across the street from a nice tiki bar/restaurant. Would recommend this location for anyone trying to stay at a decent place but on a budget.
