The W House...
- Enjoy some wine on Wood Ave
-A brief walk to WIldemere (3 minutes) or Walnut Beach (10 minutes) to enjoy the sun and water. Walk to the Tyde. 20 minute drive to local Fairfield U and Sacred Heart.
This peaceful beach community is welcoming and ready for you to come explore. Take a stroll to the coffee shop, restaurants, beach boardwalk, and the BEST ice cream shop... Walnut Beach Creamery, or maybe order in and enjoy relaxing out back on the beautiful patio by the fire pit and enjoy smores. Quick drive to hiking areas and beautiful fall foliage.
The space
The home has 3 bedrooms & loft area in the 3rd bedroom with a futon for 4th bed if needed. I don't recommend the loft area for young kids under 5 due to the stairs.
Guest access
Guest will have access to entire home and spacious backyard area.About pets:Pets allowed: dogs less than 50 lbs per pet (limit one pet total).About checkOut:Check out before 10:00 AM.About children:Children allowed: ages 0-17.About checkIn:Check in after 4:00 PM.About smoking:Smoking is not permitted.About events:No events allowed.
