I read with total amazement some Bad reviews of this Hotel, this was my 3rd Visit in 2 years, this time we booked for 11 days, Lots of changes had been made, new Staff employed etc, very clearly for the better. I spent time with the New Operations Manager and discussed the changes and the vision going forward. I was greeted as a returning guest by the extremely professional team of Guest Relation Managers headed up by Nida and Mrs. Ozge, The whole culture of this resort to include attention to detail have been improved remarkably, The New Ops Manager, F&B Manager, GRM Team and Restaurant FOH Managers need congratulating for the outstanding efforts and changes that have been made, the food service, offering etc have all been improved. I had the most wonderful 11 days at this fabulous resort, I will hopefully be booking my 4th Holiday there, later in the year, please all do yourselves a favour and ignore the negative reviews. Its a superb resort, I have 100% confidence in all of the teams here making this resort even better in the future. I cannot wait to come back and see you all again. Karl.,
