Hotellissa meille kerrottiin, että olimme vuokralla huoneen eri rakennuksesta. Kyseinen huone oli yhden hengen huone, noin 300 metrin päässä, ilman vastaanottoa ja ovi avautui suoraan kadulle. Päärakennuksesta pyydettiin ylimääräistä 10 euroa. Hyväksyin, rekisteröinnin jälkeen he pyysivät 20 euroa verona.

Ei tyytyväinen, huono ympäristö, varattiin kahdeksi päiväksi ja kirjauduin ulos sinä yönä, jolloin näin huoneen, hain hyvitystä yhdestä yöstä, mutta hotelli kieltäytyi palauttamasta, se on kauhea hotelli, lopulta Ctrip auttoi ratkaisemaan ongelman

Toisen kerran olen ollut tässä hotellissa: mukava huone, erittäin hyvä aamiainen ja myös erittäin käytännöllinen sijainti.

Matkatavarasäilytys oli ilmainen ja se oli puhdas ja mukava.

I stayed one night in a single room, which was larger then expected, as was the bed which was a 3/4 bed not a single. Slim line fridge and happy to see the in-room safe was large enough to take a laptop. Perhaps the only thing missing was some way to make tea or coffee. Everything was very clean. The only strange thing is the reception desk which is entirely glassed in with small slit at desk level making it necessary to bend down to hear what the receptionist was saying........not exactly a "friendly" first impression upon arrival. The area around the hotel is beautiful with a lot of cafe's and restaurants. Also a very good, large supermarket just around the corner. Overall, a nice stay and will definitely stay again.

Nice hotel service and nice location. Near the train and the bus station. They call it the Eternal City. A phrase that feels almost trite until you stand alone, utterly dwarfed, beneath the Pantheon’s impossible dome, or trace your fingers over travertine worn smooth by two thousand years of passing hands. The hotel is very close to the city centre. Was clean and very spacious room. It was a pain as we had to return our key everytime we went out so had to ask for it when we came back which was annoying

Average location, average hotel, average price, no complain

It’s a lovely hotel with an amazing location! You’ll have a plethora of places to eat amongst the locals while still being near all the attractions in the center and the train stations. I will say the soundproofing isn’t great, but fortunately my neighbors weren’t loud or anything for bedtime and I slept undisturbed. The staff were amazing and very kindly too.
