酒店大堂比較有氣派，但跟房間有點不一樣，房間或酒店其實都較為舊，顏色格調都是比較經典，用的門匙都是傳統門匙，拿著大大的鎖匙扣。 除了傢俬比較舊，其實都是不錯的房間。 早餐方面比較一般，款式和味道較一般。 服務很好，會很主動問喝什麼咖啡茶。

Es un hotel que está muy bien ubicado, cerca del centro sin aglomeraciones, el personal muy amable y las habitaciones reformadas son con todo lujo de detalles.

來米蘭出差，非常不錯酒店，很滿意！非常不錯，早餐也不錯，基本入住都是歐洲人，整體乾淨，很滿意呢，推薦入住！

The location is spot on. Walking distance to the duomo and the shopping districts and 4 mins walk to Armani Hotel and metro. I didn’t like that the lobby and the lift seems of a different generation from modern times. It’s really old and lift doesn’t bring the confidence it needs. I stayed at one of the renovated rooms and I felt the LED lights changer is unnecessary and the TV in the toilet is good to have but not a must. The electronics between main and toilet tv also doesn’t work too well. I have heard reviews from others that things have been stolen before so I always put my Do not disturb on. But somehow whenever I go out the DNC always gets reset so I had to put the door pamphlet DNC.
