Incredible hotel. I have stayed in all other top hotels in Milan. I like this better. It is cosier, no noise, the details are awsome. The location (Brera) is the best. You are close to Duomo (10 min walk) but without the crowd and noise. The staff is super! The next time i visit milan will stay there.

We had a wonderful stay in your hotel. The room was great. Clean, comfortable and beautiful design. Staff is very kind and helpful. Breakfast is very nice and has a good variety. We love to come back to your hotel and look forward to a next time.

Stayed 3 nights. Asked concierge to book restaurant and they never got back to us. I called on 3 separate occasions to see what happened. Only at that time they said the restaurant was either not answering or booked. Communication was poor. It’s ok if there’s no room, but they needed to relay that info to us. We booked our own dinners, time us short to put our vacation in their hands. As a leading hotel of the world, not very impressive. Other comparable options in that price range have been much better in Milan. Concierge crew overall, lacked follow up and when confronted, made excuses. Either way, responding to requests, is important. Breakfast mediocre. Additional charge items didn’t make sense, 10 euros for fresh OJ at this level hotel is ridiculous, no toaster, small basic buffet, a few eggs to order. My comments are simply based on equal caliber hotels. Deluxe room was contemporary but small, very hot w temperature control not operational. Good quality towels but bed and pillows were uncomfortable. Bellman and porters were polite and offered help but conceit he was hard to come by. Safe great area but there are much better options at this price range.

Great hotel
Great location within the city , but far enough that you felt outside the deep commercial areas .. the team upgraded us which was amazing and they looked after our needs .. very clean and modern

Casa Baglioni is in beautiful Brera which has many dining options and gorgeous boutique shops. It’s on a tree lined street for lovely walking to the touristy centre near the Duomo which is less than 10 minutes walk. The staff are all attentive, polite and provided excellent service in every way. We appreciated the bottles of flat and sparkling water which were replace daily in our room, the turn down service and chocolates and the help we received when we asked questions. The one Michelin star restaurant, Sadler, was wonderful for dinner and we enjoyed all of our breakfasts, which were in the same space. We will stay here again!
