"Olin miellyttävä oleskelu Indaba Hotel. Henkilöstö oli tervetullut, ammattilainen ja aina halukas auttamaan. Huoneet olivat puhtaat, mukavat ja hyvin ylläpidetyt, joten rentouttava kokemus. Hotellin rauhallinen ilmapiiri ja kaunis ympäristö lisättiin yleiseen nautintoon oleskeluni. Ruoka oli herkullista, monia vaihtoehtoja, ja tilat olivat hyvin tarkkailtu. Suosittelen mielelläni Indaba Hotellia kaikille, jotka etsivät mukavaa ja miellyttävää paikkaa oleskella."

"I recently checked out of this hotel, and unfortunately my experience was disappointing. The biggest concern was the food quality. During my stay, my business partner, my colleagues, and I ate a meal that appeared to be spoiled. We all experienced stomach issues afterward, which was very concerning. Another issue occurred on the second evening of our stay. I arrived late for dinner, and the supervisor politely asked the chef if she could prepare a meal for me. I completely understood if this wasn't possible because her shift had already ended. However, what was unacceptable was the way she responded. She shouted at the supervisor in front of us as guests, speaking to him in a very disrespectful manner. It was uncomfortable to witness, and I felt sorry for him. Workplace disagreements should be handled privately and not in front of customers. I was also disappointed with the breakfast service. Guests are only allowed to serve themselves fruit, muffins, and bread. Everything else, including omelettes and other hot breakfast items, must be served by the chef. This resulted in unnecessary waiting, making breakfast less enjoyable than it should have been. There were positive aspects of the stay, but the food safety concerns, the unprofessional interaction between staff, and the slow breakfast service had a significant impact on my overall experience. I hope management addresses these issues to improve the experience for future guests."

"Even if the luggage in the hotel is locked, someone tries to open it every day. Laptops were stolen, and someone's coat and money were stolen. There is no surveillance equipment in the hotel. Before leaving, the hotel staff teamed up with others to cheat us twice. This hotel is really unsafe. Please choose carefully."
