House was in a beautiful location, clean & comfortable. The kitchen was amazing & there and was plenty of tools & pans to cook. Entertainment room was fun, but we really enjoyed the fire pit on our chilly October stay.

Overall this was a very enjoyable place to stay.Check-in and check-out was easy.The host was responsive during our stay.Overall cleanliness was good.The only item that needed to be addressed was a limited supply of hot water, which I made the host aware and he said he'd care for it and I believe him. There was a small issue with swimming pool which the host had someone on site within an hour and fixed it. The pool, the kitchen, bathrooms, living space, etc. was all very good. Would recommend.

This was a jewel of a find for us. From check- in to check out it was flawless. John was easy to reach and quick to respond. Everything was super clean when we arrived, the towels were fresh and plush, from bathroom towels to pool towels. The bed linens were high quality. The air conditioning was functioning properly making the stay comfortable on a hot weekend. The kitchen was well equipped and arranged for easy access. The downstairs game room was a huge surprise, equipped with quality exercise machines, full bath and access to working hot tub and pool. when staying in southern Connecticut I would highly recommend staying here.

Relaxing getaway All went well at our vacation at this property,the covered deck with fans and lights was a great place to hang out with the pool just a couple of steps away and the hot tub about 15 more steps away.we occasionally ran out of hot water in the showers,but not a deal breaker
