If Cinderella had a home in the Catskills, this would be it! This adorable, two story home is nestled in the woods, walking distance from town. Bright and airy with an open floor plan, consisting of a kitchen, living room, dining area and a 1/2 bath on the first floor as well as a washer & dryer. Futon in the living room could sleep two if needed. Upstairs you will find two bedrooms and a full bath, with a the deck off the master bedroom.About pets:Pets allowed.About checkOut:Check out before 11:00 AM.About children:Children allowed: ages 0-17.About customRules:Please no house parties.About checkIn:Check in after 3:00 PM.About smoking:Smoking is not permitted.About minBookingAge:Minimum age to rent: 21.About events:No events allowed.

Country cottage
The cottage was adorable and very clean. Although there was an infestation of lady bugs, all over the ceiling and walls and windows. We actually left a day early because of bad rain. The rain water was coming in the back kitchen door and in living room. Many cobwebs outside by lights, which bring the spiders. The cottage itself is very cute

Cozy Catskill Cottage, Great Location
This is a cozy cottage with a great location in the heart of the Catskills. You can literally walk to get some breakfast in Arkville, or take a 3 minute car drive to Margaretville for more restaurant options + grocery shopping.
The cottage itself is up to date with all the amenities we could ask for to make our stay comfortable and relaxing - up to date kitchen, heating/cooling, bathroom, and a charming rustic living room. The owners maintained great communication with us. Checking in and out was a breeze.
Overall, this is a gem and we would highly recommend it, particularly if you're hiking in the Catskills or skiing in the area (Plattekill and Belleayre are no more than 15 minutes away). We will definitely look into booking it again if it's available during our next trip to the Catskills.

Great place
We stayed over 2022 December winter brak and the place was nice and cozy except when temperatures plunged to around 20 F and was getting bit cold. Otherwise really nice, modest but cute house!
