Had a very nice stay here, clean and location is good!

Recommend this place. It has everything you need for a holiday. Kitchen well equipped, toilets big and modern. Spacious living/dining room as well as spacious bedroom. Easy free parking too, right in front of your unit. Location convenient for sightseeing, near to everywhere. Very clean too. All good. No complaints.

Ms Kim facilitated our check-in after the usual operating hours. She even warmed up the house prior. Everything was great and we all loved the stay.

Clean and well equipped for family

4 adults but only one small tube of shower gel, shampoo and conditioner. Portable heater was provided though for each room. Power point was in a weird positiion with 2 in the middle of the side of the room in Room 2, weird. Locatiion was ok if you like the Beach. Else driving to ‘City Centre’ takes about 10 minutes. Albany is really a place to relax and enjoy nature. The Gap and Natural Bridge is a place worth visiting. The Sandalwood Shop is permanently closed as they are under liquidation.

Had a wonderful 2 night stay here. Very comfortable with everything you could need and the whole place was fresh and clean. Great bed and lovely shower. Staff was friendly and location is great for the beach, cafe and pub. Only thing I would like to see is some sheer blinds for privacy, we felt like we couldn’t have the blinds up which made it quite dark. Would love to stay here again!

Very well appointed villa, helpful and friendly staff and quiet location. Highly recommended. Close to shops and walks. Although not in peak season, the price of the stay is also very attractive. I would certainly stay here on my next visit to Albany.

We had booked a villa unit (with a king bed that the website said could be split in 2, which I asked for). When we arrived, I asked if the bed had been split, but they hadn't done so. However, they immediately upgraded us to a 2-bed apartment, with it's own off-street parking space, for no extra charge. It was perfect! One bedroom had a queen bed, the other 2 singles, with a shared bathroom (toilet, shower, vanity all in the one space). There was also a lounge area, dining table, and a small kitchen with a full-sized fridge. All the basics (crockery, cutlery etc.) were provided, not that we intended using any, but this would be perfect for a family holidaying near Middleton Beach (Pelicans is just 2 streets from the beach). These apartments were likely built in the 1970s or 80s, and they've been revamped nicely. However, remnants of the original building still remain---the bathroom in our unit hadn't been modernised, and it had what appeared to be the original fixtures and fittings, and so looked a little 'tired' and outdated. Same for the kitchen fixtures and fittings. I think the air conditioner was a bit old too as it was much louder than more modern split systems (the 'low' fan setting sounded very loud). However, all the floor coverings, window treatments, beds, bed linen etc. were modern. The beds and pillow were particularly comfy. I'd stay here again.
