"Pretty standard for what you’re paying for! Bed was comfy and shower was good! TV wasn’t connected to internet, wifi password that was sent via email didn’t work and there was a loud humming noise throughout the night from outside (I understand it is likely that this had nothing to do with the host). Great location in town, near Albert Park, and a good alternative to a hostel."

"Perfect the staff were unbelievably nice and helpful offered a free drink at arrival helped us with any questions we had, room was lovely to be honest big TV with all Chanel’s you needed, clean and efficient nothing to complain about at all."

"The accommodation was lovely and very clean, the only problem was that the staircase to upstairs was so tiny and steep, it was quite difficult getting my luggages up the stairs. Also I was made to pay a deposit of £50.00 before my code was given to me to unlock the door for entry. I was told that it would be refunded the next day after check out, it's been a week after I checked out but I haven't recieved any refund."

"Poor experience here, the check in machines don't work and never worked for 3 months since my last stay. Lights in the bathroom didn't work apart from one and when I asked they said it need a call out for repair which they werent prepared to do because there wasnt enough work, I could move room though. Why not sort out the maintenance and check before letting out a room, its not difficult. Room heating didn't work and staff fixed this for me. Clean enough rooms. Staff however are great and always helpful."
