Poor services and dirty room

Don't recommend this place for a family, very noisy, rooms not as described and not cleaned, pictures seems to be for a completely different place.

Stayed here for 1night comfortable stay nice room shower nice and hot the guy on reception was helpful and pleasant for a budget hotel would definitely stay here again , had breakfast across the road in the baltimore and was very nice and very reasonably priced

We arrived to find they had cancelled our booking we therefore had no accomodation for the night. We therefore had to return home a two and half hr drive back and missed our concert Take That as we couldnt get anywhere else to stay. We had booked this in sept last year. The guy at the hotel was no help as all just said pretty much tough. Avoid this place

Booked a double toom & ensuite. Shown to twin room with hardly any space. Wasn't clean & shower had no spray head. Said wasn't what was booked. Given a filthy ( have pics) double room no ensuite. Left

I stopped here for 1 night and that was 1 night too long how this place has a hotelier license is beyond me, the receptionist was rude unhelpful and could hardly speak the language, place had an odour of ********* everywhere you walked, stoners on the sofas, the guests looked like waifs and strays , alcoholics ,drug ******* and homeless people. I went up with my sister and her partner she asked me if there was a swimming pool dont get me wrong we're not posh but for what we paid we could of stopped at the jurys inn. As for breakfast in the morning obviously of which i didnt order, Mohammed takes the order walks across to the hotel across the road comes back with a shrink wrapped plastic plate skilfully tip toed past the vomit on the floor and the empty drug bags to top it off the receptionist had the cheek to check your room when you left to get your £20 deposit back. DO NOT STOP HERE BRING A TENT ITS MORE LUXURIOUS.

Been to many hotels and never thought I’d see a hotel worse than you have in Blackpool I walked in with me missis and straight away you can smell the skunk By the time we checked in there’s a party of stoners cuddled up on a sofa, depressed homeless people wallowing about out the back, We were taken to an annex with no front door handle or lock, walked upstairs and instantly felt sick and started to gag due to a horrible smell of cat piss, taken to our room and the lights been pulled out the wall, 3 beds cramped in a room with no bathroom or showers (these ended up being down the hall!!!) I went to the bathroom to heave and the fackin toilet wouldn’t flush as it was broken!!! I complained to Mohammed who told me to not talk to him like this to which I shared how would you like me to speak?? I’m complaining because your hotels disgusting dangerous smelly unhygienic and I wouldn’t even throw up in there again!!! Asking for a refund here causes offence and resulted in a gob full from Mohammed which resulted in me having to tell him about himself and being pulled away by me mate as he felt I was gonna chin the rude lazy and inept man!! I could have booked the Jury’s inn for the same price and regret this massively Only give one star as it won’t let me submit review without it. If I had my way this place would be shut for crimes against humanity
