Premier Inn Middlesbrough Town Centre

Place was easy to find and just a 10 min walk to tge town centre. Car park was £8 for 24 hours parking in blue bays. Room was as per any other premier in. Only gripe room we was in heard what sounded like air con/water pipes squeaking thru the night

Generally a very good experience. Had an issue with my room assignment when I called a few days earlier, which Kirsty resolved efficiently and in an excellent manner. At check in we were told we could not check in at 2.30pm (3pm check in) without being charged £15. This was clearly a company policy which is ridiculous! However Vicky handled it very well, got us a drink on request and was very helpful with advice re takeaways nearby, and was generally helpful and friendly throughout. An asset to the site!!

I'm a regular visitor to this hotel and stay here almost every weekend. The staff are always very friendly and welcoming and make us feel valued as guests. Lorraine the cleaner leaves her rooms spotless and always checks that everything is OK for us with good humour and a smile. Reception staff I'd like to mention are Vicky, Kirsty, Kayleigh and Lucy. They are very efficient and welcoming and make me feel great when I arrive. Sharon and Darren, the chefs that do the evening meals are hard working and friendly. The food is great when they are in the kitchen. I'd thoroughly recommend this affordable hotel, which is why I am a regular guest.

The whole experience was fantastic especially the food in the restaurant. Thanks 👍 to Sharon the chef for great meals . Room comfortable and spacious. All the staff were very supportive and friendly, very helpful. It's only a 10 minute walk to the railway station or the shopping center , taxi's are easy to get and cheap fares.
