A comfortable place in a safe environment. Room and bathroom was clean. Walked to the hotel restaurant in the evening and felt safe. Continental breakfast was good.

Accommodation was clean.Staff always curtious and helpful. The breakfast was good .Their karoo lamb stew at the hotel was the absolute best! Would recommend r them for good value anytime.

We had a very comfortable stay. The room was clean and we had everything we needed. The braai area was perfect and the location was great.

We had a wonderful stay at Karoo Ouberg Guest House - we were warm in the winter and the absolute quiet was magical. The staff were very friendly and helpful whatever we needed or asked. I would definitely stay here again.

The price I paid for is not matched by the quality of the rooms and service. The lady who attended to us after buzzing a number of times was not friendly and when there was a problem with the sleeping she was not too interested to help

Great location, wonderfully kind and helpful staff, clean rooms, comfortable. Heated blankets on the beds, good hot showers. Easy to find. Everything you could want. Thank you for such a pleasant stay.

The room needed some renovations. Seems old can be modernized. Make it a bit more tourist friendly. Have ideas of where to go for supper and breakfast. Some upgrades in room and bathroom needed. Bathroom toilet running the whole time.

House very old with uncomfortable beds.Not very clean.Breakfast average and expensive.Salt and pepper pots dirty.Tamato sauce bottle dirty.Warm water does not work properly.The rate to expensive what you get.

since we arrived their was load shedding - No back up plan on your premises. We had a deep freezer and it was very inconvenience as we couldn't plug it in to keep our meet safe. Lady (Worker) that received us is friendly and very helpful. would have liked to have an owner or someone present. Happy with room 4 on outside
