Excellent! Lauren and the team made myself and daughter feel welcome and were extremely accommodating. They had forgotten our request for a cot but quickly remedied this by bringing up a cot. At dinner we were provided with a lovely colouring Easter pack with crayons for my little girl which she loved and occupied her for a short while. All in all a lovely stay.

The staff at this Premier Inn were absolutely fantastic. They couldn't do enough for us. Every single one of them deserved praise, from the checking in experience to ordering at the bar to eating breakfast. They supported my autistic son with getting his own breakfast and we're kind enough to post us the teddy he left behind. Thank you

One of the best Premier inns you can find if not the best. Rooms are lovely and fresh from a redecor and smelt so new. The beds are huge and comfortable. We have now stayed here twice because of how well the hotel is run by management and the way they make your stay enjoyable. Bee the manager goes above and beyond and Lauren and sarah are so nice and make you feel so welcome. Tucked away so quiet but also central enough to ipswich and not far from Bury St Edmunds. Will be staying there again.

On tour with a group of hockey playing boys. Food was okay for a Premier inn. Staff were unbelievable. Couldn’t do enough to help. They even gave the boys some scrambled eggs the next morning when we only bought Continental option for the kids.

A lovely premier inn Hotel the welcome at check inn was brilliant car parking all okay easy access to a14 rooms all good shower bed size of room no problem food in restaurant for evening meal and breakfast good service good quality only downside we were in a downstairs room and it was a bit noisy above us in the room above with people walking around you could just hear it creaking

This hotel was a delight to stay in. Everyone was so welcoming especially Bee who made our stay even better. She was extremely helpful and a pleasure to talk to. The rooms were lovely and spacious. I would definitely recommend to my friends and family. 5+

This was my second visit to this hotel and it didn’t disappoint. The room was absolutely spotless and provided plenty of space for myself and my two children. All the staff we encountered throughout the hotel were very pleasant and helpful and the breakfast was, as ever, the highlight for my children! The hotel was very busy but there was no noise at all in the evening. I would fully recommend this hotel and will definitely be booking again.

A great experience all round. Staff were excellent. Great selection of gluten free for breakfast. Very comfortable bed and well equipped room. I need to mention again the excellent service from very helpful staff 👍. Would highly recommend this premier inn for a short or longer stay.

Room was lovely , clean & tidy and plenty of tea and coffee available. Bathroom was clean but water pressure is low. Breakfast was excellent and lots of choice but the evening meal was very basic and portion size small. But, will happily stay again.

Had a great time at the Inn. The room was clean and tidy, warm and comfy for the night. Tea and coffee well stocked in the room and readily available at reception. Abbie, Emily, and Sam R were brilliant at breakfast; really well set up for the day. 10/5 would absolutely recommend 👌

The staff are amazing and did everything above and beyond their roles to help me out and I thank them for that. The staff are also very efficient, friendly and approachable. The room was also very clean and cosy and looked liked it just only been refurbed.

Excellent hotel for a short stay. It is basic, on two floor with a lift, it is not a resort hotel. The staff are pleasant and willing. The problem is the location, on an industrial estate five miles out of Ipswich, not at all scenic. If approaching from the A14 Claydon direction the entrance is signed, but not lit. When approaching from the Branford direction it is not signed and not very obvious. Plenty of free parking, some Blue Badge spaces and some EV charging points. Bedrooms are large, very comfortable beds, but no drawers, shelf space or wardrobe only a few hangers on a rail. Lighting is not very good towards the window area. The bathrooms are well equipped but particularly suffer from poor lighting, exceedingly so at the mirror. Breakfast is good, particularly the cooked. The fresh fruit salad was missing on two mornings of our stay ? The one dinner we had was very good. The Meal Deal is beneficial.

The rooms have been recently renovated so everything was modern , immaculate and had everything we needed , the staff were superb . We wanted a peaceful location to spend new years with the kids and once we were in our room we didn’t hear a single noise the entire night .

The staff were very friendly and went out of their way to make me feel welxcome. I realize that this was Christmas but there was a card and a box of chocolates in the room, which was clean and well-appointed . There was a coffee machine and two chocolates and a range of tea, sugar and milk as well as water in the fridge. I approve that we were asked to put recyclables by the bin. I chose to have an evening meal on Christmas Eve which was delicious and part of a meal deal and cooked breakfast which was fine. There was a problem with cook breakfasts the next day, but this was explained and an appropriate refund given. It is a shame that the view seems to be of container lorries but overall this a convenienient and comfortable place to stay. Well done to all the staff!
