Great clean hotel in the heart of miami beach. Lovely room (was a bit noisy) great restaurant and service

Good location next to the beach, very friendly staff, Pedro & his team are amazing and helpful, very clean, rooms are nice but minimalistic, pool is cozy with view on Collins Avenue, at the beach you get sun-beds but umbrellas are available at $22 extra charge, bathroom amenities are nice, rooms in Courtyard are quite - no party noise. This hotel is a 9 out of 10. We will come back. Well done!

太潮 服務員跟不給工錢一樣喪着臉 對我們華人不太一樣 旁邊好多比他便宜的好酒店 早餐就一杯咖啡加一個麪包 不能選 塞牙縫不夠 浴室不衞生黴菌 性價比不高

Well starting off the hotel for the price is definitely not worth it it's like a motel courtyard looks a little more asteticly pleasing.the valet after 8 pm give u a hard time when u want something from your car or need for quick trip walked 5 flights of stairs across from hotel not even on property. Then the restaurants dishes were a little out there. I'm all for culinary experiences but this was something else.the front desk and staff were very friendly and did there jobs great except there was a car burning out infront of hotel at 3am for a hour straight half the hotel was outside cause they couldn't sleep they should of done something for our troubles instead there's a resort fee no one said anything about and some other stupid fee that add 100$ to the bill.

We had a great time at this hotel! The restaurant and bar staff were phenomenal. They made our stay so special!

The hotel is very lovely and we had a really awesome stay at this hotel. The staf is very kind, helpful and the service was great. The location is superb, very close to the beach and the convention hall nearby for the event. The hotel also provide us the lounger to use at the beach but didn't tell us about the available time (~7am-~7pm) so that we missed the chance to use it. The breakfast is also very chill and delicious. There are some notes about this hotel. There are resort fees that cost 49$/night which was not specified in the booking that shuold be noted however, thanks to the hotel manager, they helped us with the charges. In addition to the really nice room, the floor in the bedroom is quite cold and cannot walk comfortably with bare foot.

There are resort fee and resort fee tax that are not included and they cost 49$/night. The hotel is lovely but the floor in the bedroom is quite cold. The service was great but sometime they charged for some of them and did not tell guests in advance.
