房間很老，不過距離海灘很近。在邁阿密算性價比還行了吧，早餐，簡單到我還不如不要了，哈哈。房間的地板不是很乾凈，我光腳踩着很臟，美國的酒店一般沒有拖鞋，這就很不好了

Perfect location Big room, clean. We didn’t try the bar but it was really beautiful Breakfast was included but we didn’t take it Cheaper hotel for the date we choose and it was great so we can’t complain.

My first night i arrived tired and late because of work. Couldn’t check the room, went straight to bed. The morning after my surprise the shower had a straight up hole in the middle of the floor in the shower. Asked for another room, the AC unit made a terrible grinding noice, then they send me to a whatever room that had nothing to offer. The experience was terrible even when i asked for help at the front desk the person i talked to (It was a lady) she had no idea how to solve the issue. I just gave up and left to try to catch up some rest. Not sure if i could go back to the place.

The place is at a great location, next to Ocean Drive and the beach. My mom found it online and I’m glad she did! Clean spaces, friendly staff (Michele -at the front desk- was super nice to us!!! ❤️) delicious breakfast every morning and yes, there’s music playing outside pretty much all the time (there’s a restaurant in the middle) but we had no issue with it, it’s not annoying music or anything uncomfortable! My mom, son and I slept just fine 😉 We were so tired from walking and shopping that we were at the hotel pretty much only for bed time! Every time we returned to the hotel the room was clean, we never had to ask for it! 🤩 We stayed 5 nights. Michele was super kind to find a taxi for us when we left. I’m already planning with my mom to return! 🤞🏼

Chegamos a noite e a primeira impressão já foi ser recepcionados por um senhor mal humorado. Nosso quarto no segundo andar não tinha barulho, mas também não tinha frigobar e no detalhamento da reserva deveria ter duas camas mas só tinha uma (uma king, e os quartos com duas camas estavam indisponíveis). Optamos pela reserva com café da manhã, eram kits pré-montados e nutricionalmente fracos (não tinha nenhuma proteína, só carboidratos - pão e bolo - uma fruta e manteiga). Considero que o custo x beneficio foi bom porque o valor ficou mais em conta comparado com os outros, e se não fosse a primeira impressão pelo atendimento mal humorado minha nota teria sido melhor porque os outros detalhes negativos foram pequenos.

Ottima la posizione! Camera molto grande, forse un po' datata e trascurata nella manutenzione, ma nel complesso funzionale e godibile! buona la pulizia e un letto veramente favoloso! Soddisfacente, come il "cestino" della colazione! Gradevole il giardino sottostante che funge anche da locale per gente esterna e dove suonano tutte le sere! Consigliato, ci tornerei.

Despite all of the bad reviews, I have to honestly say this has been the best hotel experience I've had. We ended up here because our building was condemned and the city requires displaced tenants to be accommodated for - so we were not having a fabulous vacation. Quite the opposite, we were in extreme duress over our situation. However, from the first day of our arrival, the front desk staff was extremely warm and helpful. Everyone who works here is cheerful and pleasant. In particular the front desk manager Michelle really left a great impression on us as she was attentive and thoughtful in every transaction and made sure to check in on us and se that we were having a burden free experience. And although we avoided using too much house keeping (again as we were not having a vacation) they were so gracious and courteously would also check on whether we needed any kind of cleaning, bedding, towels etc often. I also found that the music was often very well curated and delightful (although the loudness does not affect me the way it affects others i suppose). I found the playlists to be so well thought out that I actually tracked it down on spotify so that I can listen to it at my leisure. For a budget hotel, the music really added a level of ambiance that felt closer to the standard hotel. My hat also goes off to the bar and wait staff as you would think this was the happiest place on earth for them. Every single one of them are always smiling and greet you enthusiastically, i feeling I don't get from many hotels these days. one of the only downsides is that yes a bug might sneak into your room on occasion, but if you alert the front desk they immediately respond with pest control and housekeeping. Its south Florida, and next to the beach, so pests are just a part of life in this habitat. It certainly isn't for lack of maintenance or sanitation. All things considered when I'm ready for a vacation I would not hesitate to book this location!

Ha 24 anos ficamos neste hotel Custo benefício excelente, bem localizado, atendimento muito bom. Limpo, agradável! A uma quadra da praia, perto dos restaurantes, em frente tem uma Wallgreens, Também está perto da Lincoln Road, onde acontece p agito da noite É tudo simples mas com muito charme e carinho❤️❤️❤️

Check in was quick and easy. Our room was decent and pretty clean. Despite those good things, I can never recommend staying at this hotel, specifically because they have a serious roach infestation problem. My girlfriend found one in the bathroom right before we went to bed. When I woke up in the middle of the night, I found more of them literally crawling all over the hotel room when I turned the lights on. We had to make sure that all our luggage was sealed and off the floor for the rest of our stay. Thankfully, we were only staying for one night, because we were boarding a cruise the next day. After having to check all our luggage for roaches that could have snuck in, we simply checked out and left. Complaining about conditions at a cheap hotel would have been a waste of time. Aside from some minor annoyances from loud neighbors, this could have been a decent hotel. However, I refuse to stay anywhere that has infestations again.
