The Palms Hotel & Spa Miami Beach arvostelua

環境很好，裝修設施都很漂亮，離海很近，餐廳的食物也很好吃。服務也不錯，尤其是負責行李寄存的大叔非常熱情，總是笑臉相迎，還主動問我們是否需要叫Uber。房間面積不小，床很大很舒服，而且洗澡和廁所是兩個房間，非常好。衹是我們的房間在電梯口，電梯的聲音很響，每天早上6:30就開始很頻繁，很影響睡眠。

邁阿密核心區性價比挺高的一家酒店，餐廳游泳池健身房Spa水療該有的都有，酒店附近步行就有超市，買東西也方便。停車是要門僮小哥代停按天收費+額外小費的，但服務也很熱情。酒店後門出去就能有海灘。

I would totally recommend this hotel , it’s fresh the location is great the staff all friendly pool was lovely beach was lovely drinks are great but expensive and that goes for food too great but expensive. The breakfast range is outstanding but again pricey. My only gripe was the extra $18 dollars a day per person which we were not told about for using the facilities? And we lost a whole day and night due to our flights being cancelled and they didn’t want to give any refund and wanted to still charge us the $18 dollars per person for the day we were not even there. We did argue this they took it off but refused to refund the night stay for 2 rooms was $500 so a considerable amount to be out of pocket. But if this hadn’t have happened we would not have any complaints.

If you want a tropical feel for your stay on Miami Beach… this is it! Located directly on the beach with the old Miami Art Deco vibe; it’s close enough to all of the “ Action” still far enough Removed From all of the craziness and noise
