Very old facilities- pool was nice but not comfortable No amenities either

This hotel is beautiful, spacious and clean. The staff was kind and accommodating. There were lots of activities to do. The food was spectacular, the view from our room was breathtaking and the best part is we did not have to leave behind our sweet bengal cat Sir. We will definitely be back and would bring all our family and friends.

Not worth the price per night. The hotel has so much potential. You can see that little effort is being put into the rooms. The rooms have cheap furniture and looks very worn. Be ready to sleep in a room that looks like an old college dorm room.

The hotel itself is massive and the rooms are really large. You get what you pay for - the check-in process was a little slow as they confused the bookings. Not so busy when we came so the pool was largely empty. Some music/DJ over the weekend which creates a fun atmosphere.

South Beach hotel not on the beach side. It's got a great pool area but would avoid eating there. This is a party hotel - I wouldn't recommend coming here with kids or for a work trip.

This hotel is so nice! Clean! But it will charge you for the parking

I came here off of a recommendation and this trip was horrible! When I first got to the hotel, the first room they had me in, things were missing and the racks in the closet was broken … also when I turned the water on, dirty water was coming out the sink so I asked to get my room changed. They put me in another room which was somewhat better until I went to use the restroom and dirty water came up to surface!!!! I’m like oh my god you have to be kidding me because I already unpacked. So I ended up having to change my room again, this one was an upgrade and a lot better they gave me complimentary champagne which was nice but the night before my last night housekeeping put dirty sheets on the bed!!! At this point, I was too thru and wanted this trip to be over! Then I went to checkout and they tried to change their story when they mentioned I would be getting a $200 credit for my room .. little did I know that $200 credit was for the pool only!! What am I going to buy at the pool worth $200 .. that was bull because whoever I spoke to prior didn’t mention anything about a pool! After going back and forth with the front desk and supervisor finally they had enough sense to take off the resort fees as well as the resort fees and extra charges from another room I had booked! I will never ever stay at this establishment again!! I’ve traveled all over the world and this had to have been the worst experience I ever encountered. If I could give 0 stars I would!!! Definitely not a 4 star hotel and their beds are super uncomfortable! I was hoping for the better but it just kept getting worse! I also emailed the front desk with these photos! They need to update their eetablishment! People are paying their hard earned money not to stay in a place that keeps falling apart!

Dear Ladies und Gentlemen, Thank you for your consern about our opinion regarding our stay. Unfortunately we feel disappointed by the attention and the condition of the hotel facilities. First of all reaching the hotel was very difficult, since the hotel does not have any road sign indicating the name . The front desk staff did not explain us about the content of the resort fee or the breakfast schedules. Nor did we get a glas of prosecco as indicated in the resort fee which we found out later trying to see what's included. None of the bellboys showed any interest in taking the suitcases to the room, we did it ourselves. The room shows the passage of time and the lack of care. I can confidently give this dog-friendly hotel a well-deserved five-star rating, as our experience there was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, the staff greeted us warmly, and their friendliness and helpfulness were evident throughout our stay. Our furry friend was treated like a VIP. The hotel’s commitment to being dog-friendly was remarkable, and our pet felt right at home from the start. Beyond the pet-friendly aspect, the hotel itself was a true delight. The pool area offering a refreshing escape with nice music. The rooms were consistently clean, and the pleasant scent that permeated the hotel created a welcoming and inviting atmosphere. It was evident that the staff took great care to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable experience for all guests. As we returned for our third visit, our love for this place only grew stronger. If you’re seeking a dog-friendly haven where exceptional service, a beautiful ambiance, and pristine rooms converge, look no further. This hotel is an absolute gem that we can’t help but adore.
