Pretty well located hotel . Service was really good. All the front desk employees were super helpful and cordial … Rooms were spacious and comfortable . The only thing missing was not having a small refrigerator in the room …breakfast was decent .. I stayed 4 nights but the breakfast become boring since the serve the same type of breakfast every single day…

Prós: excelente localização no coração de Miami e perto de tudo, ótimo ar condicionado, quarto com geladeira, fogão, micro ondas e lavadora de louças, ferro elétrico, cozinha e cofre e várias mesas/criados mudo. Banheiro e Chuveiro normal (aquecimento a gás) Contém secador de cabelos para as mulheres. Atendentes muito atenciosos e prestativos. Cama bem confortável. Ambiente bem amplo, e mesmo assim, o ar condicionado deu conta muito bem! Geladeira bem potente e micro ondas muito limpo. O ar condicionado abafa um pouco o som do bar, pois é ar condicionado de janela. Contras: tenha em mente que é um hotel com bar junto, ou seja, do lado do seu quarto terá som alto até 1 da manhã todos os dias, exceto fins de semana, que vai até 2 da manhã ou mais - não irá adiantar pedir para baixarem o som, já fique ciente. A moça da limpeza teve dias que não apareceu, tive que pedir na recepção para limparem. Café da manhã bem fraco...teve dias que tinha dois tipos de frutas, brownies, suco, e copo de leite/café e só. O quarto tinha falhas de acabamento nas paredes/rebocos e na lajota do chão da cozinha, mas era limpo...como não me importo muito com estética, nem liguei, mas para os mais exigentes, pode ser algo que incomode. Telefone do meu quarto e o exaustor do banheiro não estavam funcionando, mas como não usava nenhum dos dois nem reclamei com o hotel. Veredicto: Se você não se importar de dormir um pouco mais tarde devido ao barulho (ou se você gostar de frequentar barzinhos e quiser o do hotel, que é bem frequentado e bem ambientado), vale sim a pena. Eu ficaria de novo, pois apesar de não frequentar bar, sempre vou dormir tarde.

I never write reviews but this experience was so bad that warrants one. First, I checked in late and there was nobody to be found in the lobby, it took a good 10 minutes before I could find someone. The person that helped me though I was there late with a child , was handling his own business with a person that didn’t speak English and though I was there with tired children , instead of helping me, he asked me to HELP HIM translate!!!! How unprofessional was that??. When we finally got to out room, it was so bad that I wanted to leave running! It smelled so disgusting and was so creepy and dirty( see pictures) . The room was like the types of rooms that you seen in human trafficking documentaries, they even had mirrors placed in “odd” places where if someone was standing outside the window, they could see everybody in room. We were so tired that we ended up sleeping in the bed with the clothes we were wearing and using our own sweaters as blankets. The next day In The morning lucky we found another person in the lobby that even said he did not like that room they assigned us and moved us to another two be room that was not “the villas”. That room was still old and run down but at least it “smelled clean”. It was not throughly clean, and we found lots of hairs just like the other reviews mention. The cleaning in this other is definitely subpar. If you are afraid of COVID do not come here and stay way!! The majority of the staff there are rude and when you ask them something they seem bothered. We met the famous Michelle form the reviews our last day and she is in fact the only nice person in the hotel. The pictures of the websites are deceiving, the outside of the hotel and restaurant look nice but the actual rooms are totally old. I sat on the restaurant once to observe and realized the owner and manger are all about the restaurant and not the hotel or their paying guests. They are all about the party scene with pretty girls, while they rooms are disgusting and maybe just a good place to crash when you are drunk. The location if this hotel is good, but I’m sure you can get much better for the same price. We were on a family vacation but are business owners with new business in town. We were planning on booking this hotel 5 nights a week for our employees traveling out of state for the next 6 months due to business. Is safe to say that is not happening and we found a much nicer place with friendlier people on the same street. My advice, DO NOT COME HERE, unless you are ok with no customer service, dirty rooms and unfriendly staff.
