OTHER THINGS TO KNOW: • The 1 Hotel charges a $95.00 (plus tax) daily resort fee paid directly to hotel upon arrival. Resort fees are waived for bookings 30 days or longer. • Valet parking is available at the regular hotel valet rate. • Room service is not available. • Rentals over 30 days have access to room service, complimentary valet for one car, and waived resort fees. • Pets: We follow the hotel's rules regarding pets.
