If there is any chance that you may need to cancel your booking, don't book this hotel. Don't be fooled by the free cancellation as they will take full payment straight away. I cancelled a month before my stay on a free cancellation and I have been trying for over a month to get a refund. They are not responsive and very unprofessional. Do yourself a favour and book elsewhere.

We flew in from Europe and stayed 4 nights before heading to Orlando. The guy who checked us in was uninterested and was either stoned or somewhere else….. The room was very basic, no coffee machine etc but did have an iron, nice comfy bed and space, in the morning I went down to get a coffee that they supply in the lobby, no milk or creamer available and unless you drink black tea or coffee it was a waste of time,on the 3rd day they got creamers. On the second morning we left to go for a long walk and when we returned back we noticed our room door was open, the maid had cleaned the room and not pulled the door closed, so anyone walking past would have noticed it still open, this is alarming especially as anyone can walk in and go up in the lift. We reported it to reception who said oh ok ♂️, she just seemed uninterested in what I had to say. The rooftop was closed apparently due to refurbishments, but if the sign was anything to go by it had been their for months. Now I know these hotels are like franchises but I expect more from a property using the Wyndham name….. Only good thing about this hotel was the location to the beach and shops and restaurants. Being travel agents I would certainly not recommend this hotel at its current conditions, train staff better, more room amenities and stop people smoking **** at your entrance.

Très bon séjour à l'hôtel Townhouse ! Literie très confortable, propreté irréprochable et accueil très sympathique et souriant. Nous recommandons cet hôtel très bien situé à Miami Beach Très proche de la plage et des bus dont le Trolley gratuit.

Mi estancia en el Townhouse hotel fue simplemente excepcional. Desde el momento en que llegamos, nos recibieron con una cálida bienvenida y un servicio impecable. Las habitaciones eran espaciosas, cómodas y estaban impecablemente limpias. Además, la ubicación del hotel era perfecta,

Cuando hice la reserva, el servicio de desayuno venía incluido, pero al llegar al hotel el mismo no existía. De haber sabido, reservaba en otro hotel. El hotel no se hizo cargo de esta situación. Me gaste 300usd adicionales en desayunar los 8 días que estuve con mi pareja, gasto que no teníamos contemplado. Por otro lado, el manager del hotel fue muy maleducado conmigo y mi pareja. El era la autoridad maxima del hotel y tenía su oficina detrás del front-desk. Fui 3 veces a su oficina para hablar con el, y no deseaba salir para hablar conmigo. Siempre alegaba estar ocupado. Cuando fui por tercera y ultima vez al front-desk solicité hablar con el manager y la chica de recepción ingreso a su oficina para comunicarle que un huésped necesitaba hablar con el por un problema. El manager me miro por encima del monitor de su computadora, y alegando estar ocupado, tampoco quiso atenderme. Fueron 8 días donde constantemente estuve solicitando que me den alguna solución y no me daban respuesta alguna. Finalmente me dijeron que iban a reembolsarme tan solo 8usd por día, los cuales no han sido reembolsados hasta el día de la fecha. Por otro lado, el TV de la habitación no funcionaba. Mandaron a una persona a revisarlo, y no pudo arreglarlo. La caja de seguridad de la habitación se quedo congelada 2 veces con todas mis pertenencias dentro, tuvieron que mandar a un tecnico para poder abrirla. NASRINE Y JORGE, PARTE DEL PERSONAL DEL HOTEL, FUERON MUY AMABLES CON NOSOTROS. SIEMPRE BUSCARON AYUDAR, PERO AL DEPENDER DEL MANAGER, NO PUDIERON HACER MUCHO.

Great location, newly renovated, clean rooms, friendly staff. I was in Miami Beach for a trade show at the Convention Center. I would stay here again. Problem with an electrical outlet was addressed quickly. Only drawback was no coffee maker in the room, although not a problem to go to the lobby or a coffee place across the street.

Perfectly located for exploring South Beach. We stayed in a big, clean and bright room for two nights before a cruise. Staff - especially Mr George - was kind and helpful. We will be happy to return to Townhouse Hotel anytime - and hope the roofterrace then will be open.

Wir wurden kurzfristig auf dieses Hotel umgebucht, da das Schwesterhotel La Flora geschlossen wurde (aufgrund behördlicher Auflage?). Dieses Hotel war übel, das einzig gute die Lage. Die Website des Hotels ist totaler Fake vermutlich vor Jahrzehnten entstanden. Dachterasse war geschlossen, auch gab es kein Frühstück, nur schlechter Kaffee aus der Thermoskanne, wenn überhaupt verfügbar. Bad total renovierungsbedürftig. Kein Kühlschrank oder Tisch im Zimmer. Nur Betten waren ok. Es war einfach nur ein Dach über dem Kopf. Hotel scheint kurz vor der Schließung zu sein. Preis nicht gerechtfertigt.
