The Foresters Arms

A wonderful blast from the past for my husband who remembers having played rugby at the old mill sports ground fort years ago. The Foresters Arms still stands, as magical s as then. Fantastic staff, friendly and catering to your every wish. Rooms overlooking the pool super comfy. Food superb!! Highly recommend.

Fabulous hotel , nestled in the Usuthu Forest . Great country feel , timeless location. Swazi hospitality and the wonderful owner Ruth Buck . Great food ,lovely walks in the forest and a Brigadoon ambiance . Amazing bird life, well stocked bar .Will be back

Nice lodge, with friendly people. The room was large with even an open hearth in your room. The food was good, you could choose everything thing twice from the menu card. To try everything, 2 starters, 2 main courses and 1 dessert. They say it were small portions but that is not true according to my. Your car was cleaned.

We did not book this hotel ourselves, we came with a tour. I admit that we are use to certain amenities… and this hotel just doesn’t have them. Our guide told us in advance that is was “quaint” and “rustic”, which are code words to mean mean old, and it is. There is no A/C and it was a hot day! The shower is a hand held spray nozzle you have to try to use in the tub without spraying water all over! That being said, the room is clean, rather small, and the staff is very nice, ready to help any way they can.

Lo Swaziland e' uno stato da visitare per i suoi paesaggi collinari e montani fantastici ma le strade malmesse ( autostrada esclusa ) rende difficoltoso e stancante il tragitto per arrivare alle vostre mete. Buche, dossi , animali e umani a bordo strada, dilatano i tempi di percorrenza e quindi programmate con ampio margine il tempo da impiegare per percorrere le distanze. Il Forester però, vi farà dimenticare in fretta tutto con la sua splendida posizione in mezzo al bosco. Le camere, affacciate su un parco gigante offrono buoni spazi abitativi con confort inaspettati ( in inverno potete accendere il camino a legna che c'è in camera).Bagno completo e ben attrezzato e buona dotazione di spine elettriche. Wifi gratis poco potente. Il punto forte della struttura e' dato però dal cibo proposto sia alla cena che alla colazione. Menu' alla carta fantastico alla sera e prodotti rigorosamente artigianali per colazione ( pane, brioches, muffin, marmellate, yogurt e succhi di frutta spettacolari). Parcheggio gratis. Check in dalle 14.00 Check out fino 11.00 Nota a margine. Se avete attivato internet, telefono, wifi con contratti validi per il Sudafrica,.....qui non funzionano . Consiglio : prima di entrare scaricare in off line almeno le cartine stradali .

Très joli hôtel perdu parmi les arbres et les montagnes. Chambre simple mais charmante. Accueil très chaleureux !!! Le dîner est splendide tant par la qualité que par le choix. Bar et piscine très agréables. Comme dans beaucoup d’hôtels, vous retrouvez toujours la voiture propre !
