Oh dear ... after reading the reviews I was looking forward to this holiday . Room was OK. Floor in room Wasn't washed all week . The public areas are tired and worn . A lick of paint wouldn't go amiss . Pool was lovely and clean . Food was adequate . Caters for French tunisians and other nationalities . Meat was always chewy. Chicken was OK. Breakfast was poor . Oranges looked like they had been there a few months . Drinks were OK. Nothing special . Fell unwell after day 3. Went to reception in the night asking for water .. guy on reception rude told me bar was closed I said I needed a water to take tablets he shooed me to a warm water butt .. waiters were only interested in bringing a drink or dressing the table if you had tipped them . I tip at the end for good service as I had none I kept my money in my pocket. No snacks in the day no water for the room you have to buy it . No lifts so not suitable for wheelchair users . Kids would struggle with the menu . Entertainment staff were great they really do make an effort to include everyone . Would I go back ?? No .

So far it is the best hotel I have ever been to the staff are very friendly and speak to you everyday and do activities with you like Zumb, pool, ping pong and much more. There are lots of beautiful sights like the beach, the pool is very big. The animation team were the best they were very friendly they always danced with you and always made you happy even if you wasn’t in the mood they would always put a smile on your face.

Djerba Sun Beach is excellent hotel, where we have been going for many years. This time we spent Christmas and New Year there. We can only recommend it. Even in the winter months, all the services and animation are perfect and the weather is pleasant with sunshine. Both gala evenings for Christmas and New Year's Eve were excellent with great service, food and program, perfectly organized. You can see that the hotel management is very good and took care of it. From the reception to the terrace, restaurant, rooms and pools everything is perfectly clean. Beautifully maintained area including gardens and playgrounds. Even in the winter months, the animation team takes care of all activities such as petanque, darts, archery, dancing and aquagym in the indoor pool. The indoor pool is great, but you could also refresh yourself or swim in the large outdoor pool. This hotel has excellent cooking, the bars have good drinks, everyone can choose what they like. Everything is simply perfect here. We will be coming to this hotel again.❤️

Nous sommes ravis de notre séjour. Merci Totti,stroumpf,bibo,amir,tchicho ,sans oublier tous les autres animateurs. Merci kamel amin,zied et toute l'équipe au bar. Merci marouanne ,ali et toute l'équipe du restaurant ou nous y avons extrêmement bien mangé. Merci Hosni .Un grand merci à tout le personnel de cet hôtel. Chambre faite tous les jours et extrêmement propre. Nourriture délicieuse. Animations et animateurs géniaux. Hôtel calme et très agréable et accueillant. Et un grand merci à mr Mehdi.a bientôt .nous revenons chaque fois avec plaisir

5eme séjour en 1 an dans cet hôtel. Personnel fabuleux, restauration excellente et diversifiée. ménage fait avec soin. Tous les barmans et animateurs sont a nos petits soins Des soirées inoubliables et dépaysantes passées aussi bien au café maure avec notre fidèle osni . Très bon DJ au bar centrale et chez amine le roi des vitamines au mexicano. De très belles éloges au spa pour la qualité des soins. Nous vous disons a bientôt.

Nous sommes rentrés hier soir de notre séjour dans cet hôtel. Hôtel qui mériterait un bon coup de raffraîchissement, chambre dont la porte fenêtre ne ferme qu'avec une barre metallique à retirer pour l'ouvrir également. Douche étroite, poignée de porte à revoir aussi, bars central vieillot dans son jus tout comme la salle de restaurant et la piscine intérieure, manque d'aération, pas agréable de se poser dans ces conditions sur les transats... Que dire des cours de tennis vieillissant, des terrains de petanque, et de la plage inexistante à cette époque. ET SURTOUT NE TIREZ PAS D'ARGENT AU DISTRIBUTEUR DE L'HOTEL... IL MARCHE 1 FOIS QUAND IL VEUT, ET SI PAR CHANCE IL EST NOTE QU'IL MARCHE, IL VA VOUS METTRE INCIDENT TECHNIQUE MAIS VOUS SEREZ QUAND-MEME DEBITÉS 🤬🤬 NOUS VENONS DE LE VOIR A LA BANQUE! NOUS AVONS ESSAYÉ 3 FOIS DE SUITE AVEC CHACUN NOTRE CARTE... QUELLE SURPRISE EN ETANT DEBITE... Seuls points positifs de cette semaine, la gentillesse de notre serveur Malek au restaurant, de l'équipe d'animation, spéciale dédicace à Aymen et Dali ! Et surtout Hosni au Café Maure, sa gentillesse, son sourire et son thé à la menthe !

Très bon accueil du personnel : Wassim 👍 nous sert de superbes coktail. Toujours souriant, il nous donne envie de revenir. Tout comme Jamel au central bar et les serveurs du Méditerranée. Sans oublier les animateurs.👏👌 Merci Les Bretons. 😉
