Hyatt Regency Mexico City Insurgentes

Jose Amaury was serving us at the regency club.. he was ver y attentive with us always on top of our family and he always was very friendly to us we did love his personality we did stay 3 nights and we love to go to the club. We cannot recommend this hotel enough!

Review based on King Club access room on the top floor : 14 Pros : Great location in vibrant neighborhood About 30 minutes away from airport Easy check in Modern lobby and building The room : corner room with floor to ceiling windows - awesome view of Mexico City on highest floor Regency Club- clean , quiet , relaxing club with buffet style breakfast in morning : eggs, beans , bacon , donuts , bread .juices , cereal , oatmeal , Coffee , etc Evening Reception . / consist of complementary alcohol and non alcoholic drinks and food options . Food during evening reception : pasta and a chicken option plus sandwiches ,Salads , vegetables , etc - wish they changed it up and had different options on different nights or had more Mexican food options ( they said that is something in the works ) Regency Club Access : staff was phenomenal - great great staff serving us during breakfast and evening hours Shoutout to Amaury , Rodolfo and supervisor Lazaro - they took care of all our needs and apologized for some of the small issues we had first day trying to call front desk Cons : During the weekday even being up on the 14th floor which is the highest floor for hotel - you can hear the road traffic from a very busy area . Constant honking from cars can potentially be a wake up call for you . We had a room facing the street so not sure how the interior rooms are. You are in a very busy neighborhood so just be aware ordering a uber or taxi at times can take some time Entrance isn’t the easiest but signage for most part helps navigate to the hotel lobby which isn’t on the street level

Vivo en Ciudad de México y voy seguido al restaurante de Hyatt insurgentes, los alimentos son deliciosos y la atención espectacular. Vale muchísimo la pene el buffet desayuno pero mi favorito es en comidas y cenas. Súper recomendable también los alimentos en sus bares además de visualmente muy lindos para pasar un rato muy agradable con tu pareja o amigos. No importa que no estés hospedado en el hotel, si estás por la zona no dejes de probar las delicias que preparan y si estás hospedado no tienes ni buscar, ahí mismo lo tienes todo!

Los alimentos en el hotel son bueno, pero el regency club fue mucho mejor por las atenciones de Amauri, Lázaro y Rodolfo, son geniales 10/10 La habitación con excelente vista, cómoda y agradable, solo que en esquina incrementan la temperatura por las tardes . Buena ubicación pudimos ir a restaurantes caminando, cómodo y accesible. Sin duda volvemos pronto, solo una recordación el café expreso es muy ligero en el regency
