位置好，房間帶陽台，景觀最好，早餐豐富。酒店不帶電梯，避免帶大箱子爬樓。

梅斯蒂亞，格魯吉亞著名景點，高加索山地風光，景色宜人。我們9月24日入住，早晚有點冷，旅館是在當地小鎮上，有點規模，還經營飯店。標準房間，類似於國內的連鎖店。缺點是上網卡，信號弱。

這個酒店就在梅斯蒂亞市中心出入交通都很方便，附近有市場超市，還有銀行換錢挺方便的，而且他的匯率還是比較高，比較划算。

Loved our stay here. We just stayed a night before hiking to Ushguli. The person at reception was so friendly and helpful. We helped us arrange a driver and store our luggage while we hiked. The breakfast buffet was very nice. Room was clean and bathroom had nice hot water.

Don't go there! Chalet Mestia was the biggest disappointment on our trip to Georgia. We paid over USD 100 per room per night. Better accommodation can be found in Mestia for around USD 30. We were shocked when we saw the old and spartan room in Chalet Mestia - when we booked we were deceived by the nice photos. A complete rip-off! Unfortunately we were unable to cancel. The bad initial impression was confirmed. No room cleaning, catastrophic breakfast, not even an emergency light in the hallway when there was a power outage - the list of embarrassments is almost endless. We slept very badly because the bed was of poor quality and the house is extremely thin, so you can hear every movement of your neighbors. We were glad when we could leave and strongly recommend avoiding this accommodation!

Pleasant It's close to the restaurants and market,i parked my car just infront of the hotel. There is no elevator,i was in the second floor but the receptionist Mano helped me with the luggage,he is very kind and helpful. The breakfast was good and the ladies working there were very sweet and kind.

Staff was amazing. Hotel its self was perfectly located with a terrific view. The breakfast was good, and the restaurant in the hotel was as well. The only negative is that the wifi was terrible, hence my deduction of a star. Everything else was honestly great, but if you want good wifi, this isn’t the place for you.

Make sure what you are looking for before selecting this hotel. This is not one of the luxuries hotels but it is coxy, simple, clean and very central hotel to access to the stores, restaurants and town stores. No A/C is available. Therefore, if your room looks to the west, your room will be very hot during Summer. We found out lobby personnel are very friendly buddy. Yes, there is no daily cleaning and housekeeping.

No dayly cleaning or change og towels, slightly smelly bathroom, hairdryer not working. No appropriate information about suitable trekking routes. Just tried to sell driver, which we had no need for having our own 4WD. Uncharming hotel decor and disappointing view from balcony. Quite expensive, I would recommend to go elsewhere.

The hotel is located in the centre of Mestia and is very cozy, with comfortable rooms. The staff is super helpful and very friendly. The hotel has a nice restaurant with variety of delicious food. We were a group of friends visiting Svaneti for the first time, thank you for an amazing experience and unforgettable moments, definitely gonna come back to your place! Good luck
