I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Jumeirah Messilah Beach Hotel & Spa and I must say, it was a truly splendid experience. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm and friendly service that made me feel instantly welcomed. The highlight of my stay was undoubtedly the exceptional service provided by the executive housekeeper, Mr. Gagandeep Chugh. His attentiveness and willingness to go above and beyond to ensure my comfort were truly commendable. His professionalism and kindness made my stay even more enjoyable. The rooms at the hotel were incredibly comfortable, with beds that were like sleeping on a cloud. I must admit, the comfort was so amazing that I found it difficult to wake up early enough to try the breakfast buffet. However, I have no doubt that it would have been as delightful as the rest of my stay. The location of the hotel is also worth mentioning. Situated along the beautiful Messilah Beach, the views were breathtaking. Whether it was lounging by the pool or taking a stroll along the beach, there was always a sense of tranquility and relaxation. Overall, my experience at Jumeirah Messilah Beach Hotel & Spa was nothing short of exceptional. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and memorable stay in Kuwait. Every thing was nice except the door access was not working for many rooms that we reserved. Breakfast was amazing.

I stayed at Jumeirah Messilah following a spa treatment and was unfortunately disappointed by the overall experience. The check-in process was extremely slow, and when I asked Marvic, the receptionist, for an explanation, she seemed upset and completed the process with noticeable attitude. She also failed to inform us about the included breakfast or the hotel’s facilities, which was surprising given the hotel’s reputation. While the room itself was nicely appointed, I was unpleasantly surprised to find that some amenities had already been used — the toothbrush box, for instance, contained only a bottle of toothpaste. It was quite unsettling to feel like I was sharing personal items with a previous guest. On a positive note, the breakfast was very good, and the check-out process was smooth. However, overall, I left feeling dissatisfied and with no desire to return.

Quick getaway Great service and nice stay. The rooms were very confusing to get around. The rooms were specious and comfortable but desperately needs smart TVs and phone charging stations. Also the air conditioning panel and 100 buttons to turn lights on and off were confusing and unnecessary.
