This hotel is a total dumpster fire. Smoking is not allowed yet the entire building we stayed was an ash tray! It’s filthy and disgusting, the bath tub finally drained after 9 hours, there was a dirty diaper on the floor in the hallway for nearly 12 hours. Staff is incompetent. Stay away, do not book. Oh I forgot to mention a guest decided to leave his door open to display the bird cages and hamsters, and the smell of filthy animal cages! Nothing was done by staff for the smoker or the bird guy! Do not stay here unless you don’t mind straight filth, terrible staff, nasty breakfast, and cigarette smell!

Clean and comfortable The room was great the only complaint I had was, the pull out bed in the couch could use a longer one it's kind of a short bed and have a better mattress and as like with every other Hotel shower more pressure would be great

Over rated Hotel seemed out dated for a marriot. You would think any marriot hotels are 5 star rated. This one was 2 star...same rating a motel 6 would get. The double room suite wat congested overloaded w furniture that seemed unnecessary n cabinets are out dated.

Decent hotel but expensive in March Our stay was fine. The staff were friendly and efficient. The room and public areas were clean. Pool area good. Only criticisms would be that breakfast finished at 9 during the week and 9.30 at weekends. It would be better for people on holiday for breakfast to finish later! Also a lot of single use plastic and polystyrene was used at breakfast. This could be improved I'm sure to be kinder to the environment.

Beautiful hotel great breakfast Everything was excellent except that the bath tub had some stains. Still looked kind of clean but the stains were not attractive and have you confidence in the cleanliness.

Residence Inn Phoenix/Mesa, AZ I had requested a top floor room and they gave me a room on the top floor. Given they only have 3 floors. Also I had told them it was my Anniversary and they had left a card, some bubbly, and glasses for us.

I’m only giving a 3 star because the staff is nice and our room had a great layout. Hotel musty and totally run down, gym extremely pathetic and unkept, 1 of 2 washers on site broken, phone doesn’t work in room, and so on. Would be fine if priced at $150/nt but cost twice that, also not in the greatest location. Good reminder why Hyatt and Hilton are my go to brands, at least they price their outdated properties more appropriately.
