The breakfast was good.
I didn’t trust the check in staff. The pool was closed and I was told it had been closed for over a month. The website wasn’t updated. Hallways were dirty and shower had chips in it

We arrived and the female clerk was out side in a car........with someone....she was rude and no one else was here abandoned pool was green she left back to her car before we even got our luggage out the room is terrible tub filthly went to complain no one in hotel front desk anywhere we just went upstairs locked door leaving at first light..I want a refund have not slept

Comfortable stay
Older but they’re remodeling. Our room wasn’t yet updated. Thin blanket so ask right away for extra if you want to be warm.

Perhaps the worst hotel in our 11 day travels. WE booked, confirmed and double checked that we were reserving an accessible room. None were available on arrival. Their only help was to provide a very low, unstable clamp-on grab bar for the tub and a wobbly bath chair. The room was filthy, my feet left black dirt in the tub after walking from the bed to the bathroom, carpet was super dirty, hallway carpet was worn out, wallpaper was buckling, just a run down nasty place.

Checked into this hotel and once we went in room we immediately checked out. It is smelly, gross, carpet stained everywhere (not just a few places) , carpet pieces ripped up, walls bubbling out, bottom of tub was cracked and peeling. Pool and hot tub were green and not usable. Run far away!

We traveled due to family death. Found pair of Sox under chair. Plumber in tub/shower were clogged. Received bottle of Lysol due to stench. My husband checked into 2 rooms that still had people in them. One of our family members had a room that the TV was broken. It was replaced the next evening

We stayed 4 nights. The hotel location is in a safe area of Mesa with good access from the interstate. Room was fine, although the bed sank way low in the middle. In the shower, it took almost no movement of the faucet to go from freezing to scalding hot. We reported this condition, and hope it will be fixed,
