When i tried to check in the receptionist put me on hold to text someone for several minutes on 4 different occasion's, took what should have been a standard check-in experiance to taking over 30 minutes.Bed was reasonably comfortable for the price. However there were two cigarrete burn holes in my sheets. Additionally the lack of decent wi fi is pretty bad in this day and age but for the price can be forgiven. What cannot be forgiven is the outright hostile and rude manner in which the hostess treated me. She had her employee come pounding on my door 40 minutes after i checked in saying that there was something wrong with my payment. fair enough i thought, its annoying and inconvenient but they have a right to make sure they're paid. Come to find out there actually was no problem with my payment with my credit card but rather she was freaking out because my name wasnt on the reciept.... which to my knowledge is neither required nor unusual practice. To be clear there was no problem with my payment and it was accepted. She then outrightly and without cause or provocation accused me of fraud. She literally called my bank to try and get them to give her my personal details and my bank did their job and hung up on her. Having been foiled there she then demanded that I pay her using a debit card, to which i agreed on condition that i receive a refund receipt. The whole experience was awful, i have never been treated so poorly by a hotel. Please avoid this place at all costs.
