"The hotel is very well located, really to rest, very friendly staff especially those of the dining room where they served a right breakfast, though with few gluten-free options as in lunch/diner. The room was very comfortable and the air conditioning and TV were very comfortable. The most flourous and need to be improved to provide the service they offer is the spa sector since there is no staff assigned to it, in 2 opportunities we take turn to use the sauna and when presenting was shut off and without possibility to make the order to nobody, having to cross the park until the reception and inform the disadvantage so that a person would solve it."
