Ein absolutes Tophotel mit vielen Möglichkeiten,Sport,Kultur,Wellness. Schöne Zimmer, gutes Essen, Fleisch,Vegan und vegetarisch. Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Hotelpersonal. Man fühlt sich stets wohl und willkommen im Hotel Beatus.

Trotz früher Ankunft durften wir bereits unser schönes Zimmer mit tollem Balkon und fantastischer Aussicht beziehen. Der Service und die Freundlichkeit im ganzen Hotel sind ausgzeichnet. Einzig im Barbereich gibt es Potential (sehr lange Wartezeiten für einen Drink). Der SPA-Bereich ist sehr grosszügig und trotz dem schlechten Wetter genossen wir eine Erfrischung im 14 Grad kalten See. Auch das Abendessen mit Brot- & Käsebuffet lassen keine Wünsche offen, das Zmorge ist hervorragend, mit vielen frischen Köstlichkeiten. Wir waren das erste aber bestimmt nicht das letzte Mal in diesem wunderschönen Hotel

It was a good experience and here are the conclusions I can draw about the Beatus Hotel! The advantages: + the outdoor pool was perfectly clean and very warm (+32-35C) + the entire spa and wellness area was very comfortable. + breakfasts were incredibly tasty and varied, really nice cappuccino, prosecco, fresh juices, large selection of Swiss cheeses. Many thanks to the cooks who prepared porridge separately for our daughter. + the five-course dinners were truly luxurious + high level and attentiveness of the staff at the reception and the director Sebastian Moser, who made sure that everything went smoothly during our stay + in the Tower Suite and Schilthorn room there is a great lake view + in the Tower Suite there are a private hammam in the shower, a lot of various household little things, Nespresso coffee machine, music system, a satisfactory hair dryer The disadvantages and comments: – in the whirlpool in Tower Suite the hydromassage function did not work, we really wanted to turn on the bubbles while bathing our daughters, but this was not possible. – in the Tower Suite the air conditioner doesn't work well, I get very stuffy at night, although we set the air conditioner to the lowest temperature and high power – ventilation in rooms: in the standard Schilthorn and Niederhorn rooms there isn’t air conditioning, ventilation was poor. We asked for a portable fan, it helped a little but didn't fix the problem. – in the standard rooms we are missing a kettle in the room, especially to prepare baby formula or porridge. – not a single room, not even the Tower Suite, had hair conditioner. It would be very useful for those with long hair. – on the birthday, we spent two hours at dinner in a restaurant, eating starters, main dishes and even desserts. And only when we finished and went to the door, the employee brought out a piece of birthday cake. We asked for the cake to be sent to our room, but no one brought it – free of charge herbal teas and coffee are available in the morning only (till 11 a.m.). I would certainly like to be able to drink free herbal teas throughout the day, at least in the sauna area, where it is especially pleasant. – for me it would be better if drinking water during lunch and dinner was initially included in the full board price. So as not to bother the guest once again with signing receipts I would be happy to visit the Beatus hotel again in winter, I hope my comments will be taken constructively

Wir kommen nun schon viele Jahre in das Beatus und sind immer wieder begeistert! Obwohl dieses Mal, Ende Mai, das Wetter nicht immer optimal war, tut dies einem entspannten und schönen Aufenthalt keinen Abbruch. Die Lage ist ein Traum, der Service in allen Abteilungen, aber besonders im Restaurant ist top! Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich und man merkt, dass sie gerne in diesem Haus arbeiten, was für eine gute Mitarbeiterführung spricht. Es herrscht eine familiäre Atmosphäre, auch der Herr Direktor und die liebe Frau Vizedirektorin sind stets präsent und stehen mit Rat und Tat den Gästen zur Verfügung. Wir haben ebenfalls das Ausflugsprogramm, durchgeführt von den Gästebetreuern, Susanne und Volker, sehr genossen. Es wird einem also nie langweilig. Das das Hotel sehr sauber, das Essen sehr gut, die Zimmer, empfehlenswert zur Seeseite, sehr schön sind, braucht nicht extra erwähnt zu werden. Wir kommen wieder und freuen uns schon sehr darauf!

The Beatus was a real joy as we managed to totally relax & recharge. We had an all-in package with all meals included. Whilst not cheap (Switzerland!) we felt it was good value for the quality of service and activity options available during our stay. On top of that the Hotel had its own landing area for boats to stop going up & down the lake. Food was of high quality whilst the 5 course evening meals were a bit of a challenge. We had a harpist at our last breakfast & in general a first class experience all round. Will go again I am sure.

Le point positif de cet établissement est son emplacement et la vue sur le lac. Les chambres rénovées sont très bien. On ne peut toutefois pas tout miser sur ces aspects pour espérer rendre un client satisfait de son séjour. Habituée de l’hôtel partenaire Ermitage à Schönried et de l’hôtellerie 5* en general, le Beatus ne correspond pas au standard qu’on espère retrouver dans un hôtel de cette league. La qualité de la nourriture est plus que moyenne pour ne pas dire quelconque. À part le plat principal qui était correct, le reste était insipide et sans intérêt. Cela est à mes yeux la plus grande problématique. Le service est lent, approximatif et peu porté sur les détails. Le personnel est correct, mais sans plus, sauf une ou deux exceptions qui se démarquent du lot. On sent qu’il n’y a pas de réelle motivation ni d’engagement qui dépasse le minimum, que ce soit au niveau du restaurant, de l’espace piscine ou du ménage des chambres. Il n’y a pas de possibilité de se faire un thé ou un café dans la chambre. Il est incompréhensible que la machine installée dans le couloir à cette fin soit enlevée à 11h le matin, soit pile au moment où se termine le déjeuner. Quelle est la logique si ce n’est celle du profit ? La piscine est bien, mais en cas de mauvais temps, l’espace intérieur est restreint et le manque de place se fait rapidement sentir. Le choix du petit déjeuner est relativement restreint pour un hôtel de ce standing et le prix de la chambre. La sélection de fromage, pour la Suisse, est petite. Il n’y avait pas de bananes. Pas de pancakes ni crêpe. Pas d’œufs pochés… Dans l’ensemble, le rapport qualité- prix est donc faible, raison pour laquelle je ne pense pas retourner dans cet hôtel avant une amélioration significative de la nourriture et du service.

This hotel is perfectly situated on the shores of Lake Thun with beautiful views over to Spiez and the Niesen mountain. For me it’s the right size hotel - not too big but not too small. The rooms and suites are very comfortable and the wellness area and gardens are lovely. The food is excellent! But the dining room tables are set too close together which means you can’t speak much in private. All the staff are very warm and friendly but still professional. Thank you Team Beatus - we always enjoy our stay with you and we hope to be back soon!

Es ist sehr schwer hier etwas hervorzuheben. Dies, weil alles, wirklich ALLES einfach Top war. Der Empfang, die Begleitung ins Zimmer, das Zimmer, das Essen, das Wellness, das Personal - kurzum einfach alles. Im Wellness ist hervorzuheben, dass nebst den Massagen und dem Warmwasser und Saunabereich auch sehr viel für das leibliche Wohl abgeoten wird. In dieser Form für uns das erste Mal und daher auch einmalig. Wer nach einem Aufenthalt im Beatus nicht zu 100% glücklich ist, dem kann echt nichts helfen.

Magnifique hôtel au pied du lac de Thun. Accueil très sympathique avec une boisson de bienvenue au salon panoramique. Jolie chambre lumineuse, boissons non alcoolisées offertes du minibar. Accès rapide au SPA où il fait bon se détendre. Piscine extérieure d’eau salée, transats pour se relaxer. Bar et restaurant qui propose différents plats très bons et variés. Buffet de salades, pain et fromages avec un bel assortiment. Service très sympathique par un personnel compétent. Magnifique petit déjeuner. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour et nous y reviendrons avec plaisir.

Das war nun unser dritter Kurzbesuch innerhalb von vier Jahren. Wiederum wurden wir sehr herzlich empfangen. Das Zimmer war sehr praktisch eingerichtet und jeden Tag wieder sauber. Essen: hervorrrangend. Das gesamte Personal ist ausserordentlich freundlich und stets hilfsbereit. Wiederum ein perfekter Aufenthalt!

The Beatus Wellness & Spa Hotel is a fantastic hotel in a breathtaking location. Everything about this hotel is great, especially the food and the staff. The colleagues in the restaurants are simply amazing. They work the breakfast and dinner shifts, and after a long day, the level of service is still very high, and they provide outstanding customer service. The food overall is excellent, but at dinner, it is superb. I stayed seven nights, and dinner each night was better than the night before. I will definitely be back.

Wir waren für 1 Nacht im Hotel Beatus zu Gast. Wir fühlen uns von Anfang an pudelwohl. Wir wurden sehr warm begrüsst und durften gleich mit einem Glas Prosecco anstossen. Das Zimmer Niederhorn ist älter, aber wie beschrieben. Sehr sauber und gross. Es gab Obst und Artikel der Minibar kostenlos. Ein Wasserkocher für Tee haben wir etwas vermisst, sonst alles prima. Der Wellnessbereich ist toll, Aussenbad mit Seeblick, schöne Saunas, gemütlicher Ruheraum. Das Essen am Abend war ein 7-Gänger, einfach lecker und exquisit. Die Getränkepreise eher hoch. Frühstück und Salat und Suppe mittags auch toll. Wir konnten uns gut erholen und werden sicher wiederkommen! Man fühlt sich sehr willkommen!

Die schönste Lage am Thunersee! Freundliches Personal und der coolste Barman im Berner Oberland. Essen recht gut, nicht Gourmet jedoch regional und ausgewogen. Getränke eher teuer, aber eine gute Auswahl. Die Zimmer ok, nicht modern aber alles da... Eigentlich nichts zu beklagen.... Ausser, wenn nicht in nächster Zeit eine Renovation gemacht wird, zerbröckelt das Haus. Der Verputz löst sich, auch auf den Balkonen, die Fenster in den Gängen sind morsch. Die Terrasse sieht dem Alter entsprechend aus.. Eine vor Jahren angekündigte Gesamtrenovation wurde leider nie gemacht. Uns ist bewusst dass die nötigen Renovationen Millionen verschlingen, trotzdem Spannteppiche im Zimmer sind nicht mehr zeitgemäss, schon gar nicht wenn auch Hunde in den Zimmern übernachten. (wie ein nasser Hund riecht wissen wir ja) Lobenswert ist das Engagement der Direktion und der Mitarbeiter, auch der fantastische Blumenschmuck im ganzen Haus, aber eben.... mittelfristig stirbt das Haus, schade
