Acqua in Bocca

Great restful stay From the moment my car pulled up the welcome was warm and gracious. The hotel is a gorgeous old colonial. My room was bright sunny and enormous. It had a very large private veranda. The room had a deep soaking tub, large shower, walk-in closet and double vanity. Bed was very comfortable. And much more..location, pool, breakfast.

No hot water any of the 4 nights we were there. Great location. Very friendly staff. Would have been nice to have a dresser to unpack luggage.

We drove to this hotel and initially struggled to find parking. A quick WhatsApp message got me an immediate response, and I was directed to park along 51st Street, just around the corner. Don’t judge this book by its cover—once inside, the hotel exudes serenity and tranquility. Adriana and Soy welcomed us with warm smiles, setting the tone for a wonderful stay. The décor and attention to detail are impeccable. Adriana personally escorted us to our room, explaining the remote controls and all the hotel’s amenities. The continental breakfast was just what we needed, and our only regret is that we stayed for just one night. ————— Conducimos a este hotel y al principio tuvimos dificultades para encontrar estacionamiento. Un rápido mensaje por WhatsApp me dio una respuesta inmediata, y me indicaron que estacionara en la calle 51, justo a la vuelta de la esquina. No juzgues este libro por su portada: una vez dentro, el hotel irradia serenidad y tranquilidad. Adriana y Soy nos recibieron con cálidas sonrisas, marcando el tono de una estancia. La decoración y la atención los detalles son impecables. Adriana nos acompañó personalmente a nuestra habitación, explicándonos el funcionamiento de los controles remotos y todas las comodidades del hotel. El desayuno continental fue justo lo que necesitabamos, y nuesteo único arrepentimiento es habernos quedado solo una noche.

The location is perfect for us. We feel safe and the street where the hotel is located is well lighted. Lots of activities along Calle 60. The property is well maintained. We booked the family room, comfortable beds, clean beddings, toilet, shower room and water supply was great! My husband is very picky but he loved this hotel. Staff were helpful and accommodating. Breakfast was good. There is always a staff in the lobby to welcome guest even if you arrived late for check-in. I highly recommend Acqua in Bocca in Merida Centro.
