Situated in a central location in Merced, our home is near downtown, UC Merced, and the Yosemite route. Whether you’re here to explore Merced, Yosemite, or the surrounding areas, you’ll find a comfortable place to unwind after your adventures. This is an ideal spot for long-term stays or a convenient stop on your journey through Northern or Southern California.

Property was pet friendly. It was very quiet and relaxing. The house was clean and was stocked with cooking and eating utensils. The beds were so comfortable, and the bathrooms were roomy, and very clean. I love the fact I could wash my clothes and laundry soap, stain remover, and dryer sheets were available for me to use. I would recommend anyone to stay here.

Dirty and Felt Unsafe
Overgrown bushes in the front, a dirty mattress in the garage, an unlocked back sliding door, fire alarm not plugged in, spiders and spiderwebs, layers of dust on ceiling fans and lampshades, overgrown and unkempt backyard with trash and cigarette butts strewn about. We didn't bother staying the second night and opted for a hotel instead. Owner was not responsive allowing me to get photos. Am taking it up with VRBO to get a refund and reassess if this is the type of property they want on their site.

ok for a quick stay
A basic home...no frills and no real amenities or items that would help during a power outage (which we experienced). Could use a lantern and ways to open the blinds. We left early.

Pleasant home. Excellent communication.
We enjoyed our stay. It was a pleasant home in a cute neighborhood but there were roosters on one or both sides so not good if you are looking for quiet. Host was very pleasant and helpful.

Nice, but needs some attention
I’m grateful to have had a place to stay. The place was nice, but it needs attention. There are small things that need to be fixed such as blinds behind a couch that are broken, there was no hand soap in the guest bathroom, a broken lamp in the main bedroom.

Great property
We were in town for 4 days and this place was nice, clean,cozy and felt just like being at home! The neighborhood was very quiet except for the neighbor's rooster at 3am. Overall it was a great stay!

Needs TLC
Couch was broken and unusable. Host promised a minimal Reimbursement . Screen door broken. Several drawers broken.
Not the cleanest.
Bed and pillows were good.
Host tried to help but this home is not up
to VRBO standards.
