Well I really don’t know where some of these other reviews stayed as this is my third stay here now and I absolutely love it. It’s clean it’s got a great pool and garden area to catch the sun and relax The food is fine the drinks are fine and the area that the hotel is in is lovely. Our room was cleaned every day and towels changed . The day time entertainment girls are fabulous if your looking to join in and have a bit of fun and the night time entertainment was great , Iv stayed in hotels in tenerife same time of year and payed nearly double the price and no better . Keep doing what your doing as we enjoy your lovely hotel

Just returned from a week at this hotel, very clean hotel, food was very very good. Drinks where ok but when you go All Inclusive this is the case normally. Not much to do outside the hotel, service bus goes from outside to the next town. Approx 20 minutes walk a few bar and restaurants. Would definitely go back. Thank you

Think this hotel is more of a three and a half star than a four star hotel! Rooms ok and clean but very dark with limited storage space and no room in the wardrobe to hang dresses , also bedside “cubes “ could have been better if a normal bedside cabinet with drawers! Entertainment girls Mayte and Paz absolutely brilliant, just the two of them and they worked so hard to provide daytime and nighttime entertainment. 5 out of 7 nights had outside entertainment acts of a high standard which was a good surprise as have not had this in hotels previously as often a large animation team putting on evening entertainment of not great quality The hotel only has one bar and one restaurant and this is where it seemed strange for an all inclusive! Breakfast 7.30 to 10am then the restaurant closes until 11am and reopened for an hour with a very limited choice of breakfast food. Then opened for lunch 1 til 3 with a small cold selection and a larger selection of hot meats and vegetables, the chef cooked burgers and hotdogs but if you asked for one the answer was no ! ( they brought them out when the restaurant opened from 4 to 5.45 for snacks ! ) This was the strangest thing I have seen in a hotel ! The evening meal 7-9.30 but they asked you to leave the restaurant if you were still eating at 9,30 ! Food ok but repetitive and s little bit boring meaning a lot of people going out to eat on a number of occasions The 2 drink rule odd We were a family of 5 adults ranging in age from 50 to 88 and it meant 2 people had to go to the bar which doesn’t sound bad but when there’s only one bar inside was an inconvenience I can understand only two alcoholic drinks but coffee and soft drinks, why ? For the price ok I guess but would not return or recommend

ROOMS They disregard any requests you have made via TUI. We were lied to by the receptionist, the manager & the TUI rep Sonia. We booked a twin pool view room, we rejected first room offered without seeing it as it was on first floor above bar terrace and entertainment room and would have been to noisy. We were taken to “only other room available” 249 , I commented how small room was, 1 small double bed, 1 chair, I was told “ all rooms same size” - 1st lie! This room transpired to be one of the smallest in the hotel , see photo of floor plan. The adjoining rooms bathroom was immediately behind our bed head wall and we could hear everything 🙉, when the shower was on it sounded like we were under niagra falls.Despite 3 days of emails to TUI there was no solution forthcoming. However upon returning to our room on the 3rd evening there was water dripping from the light fixture in the bathroom, we informed reception and the sent a man with a stepladder and a towel to fix it !!! The hotel manager , Ema , came to our room and said we would be moved the next day to another room. We were duly moved on the 4th day to a full size twin room at least a metre wider than 249. So despite being told 3 times that “all rooms same size” they were proved to be lying to us . In my personal opinion room 249 was a single room. THE FOOD Very poor quality food , limited choices and unhygienically presented. The flies were everywhere . We ate out 4 nights , twice in Cala Blanca and twice in Cala n Bosc and had no problem with flies in those restaurants. ALL INCLUSIVE Poor quality spirits , draught beer and cava ok. No mid morning snacks and only burgers , hot dogs ,chips and ice cream in afternoon and had to be eaten in the canteen with the flies. All inclusive should include safe and pool towels, to be charged 1€ to change your pool towel is not acceptable. Water in fridges should be replenished daily. LOCATION A very small sleepy urbanisation consisting mainly of villas and apartments , a couple of bars and a well equipped supermarket close by. The main area was about a twenty minute walk away. We went by taxi to Cala n Bosc (12 € each way) and bus (1.7 € )each way to Ciutadella. Overall not a 4*hotel and not a hotel we would recommend, needs modernising , especially the canteen style “restaurant “. Pool is very cold and the situation with reserving sun beds needs addressing. The evening entertainment 10-11 pm was mixed, the opera style singers and Motown trio of girls were very good.

We have had a very enjoyable ten days here. The second floor room was clean and modernised with bath and over bath shower. The view was pleasant. Lots of electric sockets and great wifi. The wardrobe was not deep enough to hang dresses in. The safe seemed flimsy and had to be paid for. The room was cleaned daily. The main stairs were open and wooden and did not feel totally safe from tripping up. Only one lift with a limit of three. The food was excellent and varied. The dining room was cramped and push chairs brought in made it worse. Wheelchairs were catered for with special spaces. The dining room had a fly problem but the offered dishes all had small fans by them so no flies on food and covering with napkins sorted the problem on tables. All inclusive option gave plenty of drink options with Carva added some nights. There were two clean pools although a little cold. Lots of loungers around pool and in the garden. Easy to find one. Staff were all great and very hardworking. Decking outside needs attention and the main entertainment room is also cramped. The entertainment was first class most nights except for the awful karaoke where off key singers sung awful songs. This should be replaced with perhaps a disco as there was little opportunity for dancing. The bus stops just outside E1.70 fare to town or small shops a short walk away. A pretty island and the two excursions we took were well worth it.

Having never been All Inclusive before and after reading mixed reviews we went with a open mind and all in all had a pleasant 2 week stay. Spotlessly clean throughout. Rooms very comfortable with very welcome air conditioning ,fridge and TV with all main UK channels. We did not pay extra for a pool view but were pleased withour room on 2nd floor that had a nice shady and green outlook. The room was very quiet and the beds super comfy, slept very well every night. Pool area and gardens well kept and plenty of sunbeds available to use in the garden where it was very chilled and peaceful. Entertainment team were enthusiastic but not pushy and music round pool not too loud. All staff were fantastic! Cleaners friendly and obliging. Bar and restaurant staff work so hard and always smiling and courteous. Special thanks to lovely reception staff who were so helpful and understanding with us when our bag went missing on the transfer bus from airport. Drinks in bar were fine and service very fast. We didn't really join in the entertainment at night but it seemed quite varied with some good acts. Location was lovely only 5 minutes walk to small beach and few bars and restaurants. Cala Blanca is a very quiet resort which suited us and some lovely walks along the rocky coastline. Convenient regular bus stops outside hotel serves lots of other beaches and Ciutadella which is well worth a visit. The food was a bit hit and miss but plenty of choice so could usually find somthing , but the restaurant was very crowded with tables very close together felt a bit like a works canteen. My main gripe was the water situation. There was only 1 water dispenser in the bar which is closed between midnight and 10am . Bottled water was not available in the hotel apart from 2 small bottles in fridge on arrival so we seemed to be constantly refilling these and paper cups to take to the room. Feel there should be a dispenser in the lobby or on each floor so there is 24 hr access to it?
