Tutto molto bello e rilassante, ci ritornerò. Pulizia e cortesia molto efficente. Vero non c'è aria condizionata negli appartamenti, ma si sta davvero bene comunque. Tranquillo e con autobus per Ciutadella,fuori dal Club, supermercato ben rifornito di fronte alla struttura vicino al mare. Bravi e grazie di tutto. Frog 2024

We stayed for a week and thought the location was brilliant, only 5 minute walk to Santandria’s beach (which was a great snorkelling spot) and had 5 restaurants you could eat at. A small supermarket and bus stop was directly in front of the apartments also. The kitchen was equipped with everything you would need and the fridge was super cold but we didn’t mind as it was so hot! The apartment itself was very clean and got cleaned 3 or 4 times during our week visit. We stayed in D13 and it was very quiet during the night and the morning. The only thing I would note is that this does not have air conditioning, it was fine most nights however a couple of nights when it was very humid it was difficult to get the bedroom cool (we knew this was the case when we booked so not a complaint, just an FYI) Some parking in front of reception, however we parked on the road most of the time as it was in the shade, never had to walk more than 1 minute - plenty of spaces. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay here and would recommend!

Nos parese una muy buena opción de alojamiento. Está muy bien ubicado, cerca de playas y servicios. Con muy buen servicio. Personal muy agradable y servicial. Todo muy prolijo y higiénico. Es un buen lugar para alojarse.

Para tener unos precios tan elevados, no vale nada. Empezando porque los apartamentos necesitan una reforma urgente, no tienen aire acondicionado y los enchufes son tan viejos que necesitas un alargador para enchufar algo porque el enchufe de algunas cosas no cabe. Además, los enchufes están medio colgando. No hay aire acondicionado, pero si ventiladores. En la cocina, aparte de tener poco espacio, no tiene campana extractora solo un tubo que da a la calle. Además, el sofá es muy incomodo y rígido. El baño no tiene absolutamente nada para que puedas guardar o apoyar tus cosas, y encima ducharse es una odisea ya que la barra que sujeta la cortina de la ducha se cae, dentro de la ducha tampoco tienes donde dejar nada apoyado y para colmo la temperatura del agua va como le da la gana. En cuanto a las instalaciones, el campo de golf que se ve en las fotos esta echo polvo y no se puede utilizar, pero la piscina es muy grande y no suele haber gente, es un sitio muy tranquilo y con varias zonas para niños. El bar de la piscina no tiene un horario fijo, a veces hay tres personas que no hay ninguna y la chica que te atiende en recepción es muy desagradable. Por no hablar de que dicen tener aparcamiento privado, pero la verdad es que el aparcamiento que tienes es el que encuentres en la calle.

Appartamenti dotati di tutto, mancanza di aria condizionata ma il ventilatore e la ventola in camera erano sufficienti. Pulizia dell’appartamento 3 volte in una settimana, più che accettabile. Posizione buona, con 5 minuti di macchina arrivi a Ciutadella. Lo consiglierei !

Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Posizione strategica, pulizia scrupolosa, dei locali, del tovagliato e delle stoviglie. Personale cortese e disponibile anche se non parla italiano. Manca aria condizionata, comunque il ventilatore a soffitto, anche se un pò rumoroso, offre un buon ricambio di aria. Piscina e solarium curati e disponibili ad ogni ora i teli dei lettini a causa dell'incuria dei clienti che li abbandonano sotto gli alberi presentano macchie di escrementi di uccelli. Facilmente raggiungibili le cale e la città di Ciutadella.

Decepcionante y nefasta. El agua caliente es casi fría, no hay burlete en la puerta de entrada y entra el frío. Las lámparas y bombillas son muy antiguas. Los enchufes son antiguos y necesitan adaptadores. Sábanas con alguna mancha. Poco papel higiénico. No hay secador. En resumen, una chabola es más confortable.

Testé en fin de saison en 2021 le séjour avait été moyen mais peu cher . Nous avons décidé d'y revenir plus tôt en 2022 ( fin Août ) . Appartement, sans clim, fenêtres qui ferment mal, portes de placard dégondée, clientèle de passage extrêmement bruyante rentrant la nuit et utilisant la piscine interdite . Obligé de dormir fenêtres ouvertes et maisons avoisinantes en perpétuelle fête ( cris, rires, à 3H de la nuit ) passage des poubelles à 2h infernal . machine à café en panne ( entartrée ) changée 3 fois avec des machines ne fonctionnant pas ! Plainte auprès de la réceptionniste plusieurs fois mais incapable de gérer nous en sommes venus à demander un remboursement de la semaine restante , accordé plus par crainte du scandale qui se profilait avec demande d'intervention de la police ! Les prix de cet établissement fatigué par un manque certain d'entretien font venir une clientèle peu délicate qui ne reste jamais longtemps Donc turn-over fréquent et aucun respect d'autrui . A fuir si vous voulez et vous reposer et profiter de cette ile ...qui a bien changé depuis le années 70 ! où est passé son charme ? Trop de monde , vraiment ....plutôt style auberge de jeunesse...et encore !

Ci siamo trovati molto bene buona pulizia personale cortese. Ottima posizione con la fermata del bus all' entrata del residence e il market veramente a due passi. Consigliatissimo 👍Molto veloce il collegamento con Ciutadella 5 minuti in bus.
