"Location was great. Pools were nice and clean. Camp site was nice, clean and had big roomy spots available. We were in a back up site on the water. The staff at the front gate were not the greatest. It was our first time there and we arrived when it was dark. No instructions on how to get to our site or even circled on the map. There’s not a lot of signs up on what direction to go. We had to pass the Country Store to get to our site and there’s a white picket fence in front of it with no sign or directions for trailers or cars to follow. We took the wrong side and ended up having to turn around in a parking lot. Thankfully there was room or else we would have been stuck. Leaving the campsite on day one, we got yelled at because we entered the wrong lane. There are two lanes leaving. Once again no signs up saying which lane to use, and again first time there..Left lane has automatic gate, right lane has to be opened by staff member. We got into the right lane and staff member was very upset we tried to use it even tho she was able to press a button inside where she was standing and open the gate for us. If right lane should not be used there should be a sign or even verbal directions during check in. Overall nice stay but customer service needs some help."
