Owner doesn't respect feedbacks from customers. @Transient Owners, For us customers, is it not ok to post our reviews and feedbacks? Our feedback is an honest to goodness remarks. Don't you love to hear feedbacks from your customers? These feedbacks can be used for your improvement/s. The owner keeps on dragging my family especially my kids in our concern. Act on this and find ways for this not to happen again. Going inside the room without your customers consent is a no no... Its because you have to turn on the lights as what they are claiming? They should have put the switch outside the guests room and not inside. They are compromising the security of their customers. Its not enough to say that you are the owner and you can do whatever you want...and having remarks like "wala akong pakialam" is not appropriate... Because of that we decided to check out in the middle of the night. They have a key wherein they can enter the room with ease anytime. Try to look for their FB page... Its deleted already. Why? Because they deleted it already. All the conversations are there. Tagaytay is a nice place to stay for family bonding. Try other accommodations/places to stay but not here. The owner seems to be nice at first but when customer concerns arises, she is so reactive and does not listen to your concerns.
