房間很大,很乾凈，位置好，窗外風景好。出行方便，有微波爐洗洗衣機，烘乾機，很方便一家人住。前台服務很熱情，原來安排了高層的房間，可一直説房間在準備，需要等十分鐘。可等了半個多小時，房間還沒有準備好，後來前台看我等的不耐煩了，給換了馬上可以入住的14層的房間。可能溝通存在一點問題。在有房間的前提下，當然是高層好一點，如果沒有準備好房間可以跟顧客説一下，有低層的房間的。讓我等了很長時間，有點不太高興。

房間是有一點舊，但總體來説還是非常乾淨的。前台一開始服務不好，但是後來還是有改進，下次的話可能還會入住吧。

酒店位置很棒 下樓步行可以很快到達唐人街（3分鐘），維多利亞市場步行大概5分鐘，酒店內提供了基本的廚具，711超市路口就有 配圖為窗外的景色

房間很大，但是比較舊，check in時間和國內不同，比較晚，check out倒是很早。總體來説還算是性價比比較高的

Room was very big, however overall all the place is quite outdated and old - especially the bathroom. The shower/bathtub is very slippery, even with the rubber mat. There was a foul smell in the hallway and occasionally in the lobby as well.

Extremely bad service. Was specifically asked what kind of room I wanted even though it was written on the booking, and then given a different room. Had to go down and swap over keys and needed to wait 15 minutes for a simple key swap. Beds weren’t made either, and towels were not clean. Ended up buying towels. Absolutely no customer service.

場所はparliamentに近く交通の便も良くお勧めのホテルです。一週間に一度のタオル交換やフルサイズの掃除は 煩わしくなく逆にゆっくり出来ました。洗濯機乾燥機が付いておりその都度洗濯出来のも良かったです。難を言えば洗濯用の洗剤を自分で買わなくてはいけないのでそれはマイナスかなぁーレストランや中華街か近いのもポイント高いです。フリートラムも利用出来殆ど交通費はかかりませんでした。又利用したいです。
