キッチン付きの部屋にしたためか、思ったより部屋が広く快適でした。ただ、私たちのプランだと毎日の清掃がついていなかったためハウスダストアレルギーを持ってる人は注意が必要だと思います。レセプションに言えば、新しいタオルやゴミ袋をくれます！ サザンクロス駅から無料トラムに乗れば最寄駅からは近いです。

The room was clean and nice, conveniently located near the tram and MRT station, with plenty of good Korean food nearby.

ห้องดี โรงแรมหอมมาก ดูใหม่ ดูสะอาด วิวดี แต่ติดข้างๆมีเครนใหญ่ก่อสร้างอยู่ เสียอย่างเดียว ตอนที่เข้าพัก เครื่องปรับอากาศมีปัญหานิดหน่อย แต่ว่าพนักงานก็ส่งคนมาทำความสะอาดให้ รวมๆคือดี ดีมาก มีรถรางฟรี ใกล้ๆโรงแรม และมีร้านขายยาใกล้ๆ มีอุปกรณเครื่องครัวค่อนข้างครบ แต่ไม่มีเขียงสำหรับหั่น แต่มีมีด ถ้าไปอีกครั้งก็จะพักที่นี่ ห้องกว้าง เครื่องดูดควันดี ทำอาหารบ่อยก็ไม่มีปัญหา มีเครื่องซักผ้า และเครื่องอบผ้า พักหลายๆวันสะดวกเลย

房間雖然小，但是勝在位置好，推窗出去就是一大片草地，離市中心也非常近。酒店有獨立的立體停車庫，但是收費不菲，快趕上房費了。

all good with sufficient supply of washing detergent, tea n coffee pods . flagstaff garden is located in front of the hotel , nice view

ทำเลที่ตั้งดีมาก ด้านหน้าโรงแรม เป็นสวน มี tram อยู่ใกล้ๆและอยู่ใกล้ๆกับวิคตอเรียมาร์เก็ต เดินไปเซาเทิร์นครอสได้ เดินไปเอ็มโพเรียมไม่ไกล รอบๆโรงแรมมีร้านอาหาร ใกล้ๆกับ Korea Town ห้องพักสะอาด มีเครื่องซักผ้าเครื่องอบผ้าห้องน้ำกว้าง น้ำแรงดีมาก มีห้องครัวเล็กๆ ถือว่าเป็นโรงแรมที่มีสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกครบครัน เตียงนิ่มดีมากผ้าห่มหมอนดีเป็นเตียง Queen size 5 ฟุต นอน 2 คนอาจจะพอดีๆ พนักงานบริการดีโรงแรมมีกลิ่นหอมตลอดทั้งโรงแรม สามารถฝากกระเป๋าได้

We had a pleasant stay at this cool hotel in South Yarra. It was clean with a great view. However the lifts could do with some improvement. You have to take 2 lifts to get to your floor and this morning the lifts didn't work properly so mummy had to walk outside to get to reception. Lovely place otherwise, great location and lots of character!

I stayed at 3 hotels all near Flagstaff stations for this trip, just to try something new and compare. Excellent location and the Flagstaff garden is just around the corner. I stayed at the Avani Jazz for 3 nights. The selling point is 1. Impeccable kitchen area for those who cook! 2. Washing machine with Dryer & it worked! 3. There were 2 TVs but I can't imagine having people watching different channels under one room... The bed was too soft but so as the Pegasus and the Radisson hotel so I guess it's the standard?.. Staffs had excellent service, though no room service but it's fine. No view (office building). I would stay here again.

服務式住宅， 位於免費電車旁，樓下有大型藥妝， 酒店後街有大型超市 ， 房間大細 適中，有小露台 ，面向公園 ，廚房設備充足 ，還有洗碗機 ，洗衣機 ，焗爐和微波爐 ，簡單煮食非常方便， 而酒店運作方面前台需要改善 及提供一 些關於房間運作資料， 因為房間是沒有打，掃前台應準備資料，例如清理 垃圾方法， 乘搭升降機指示( 升降機內有兩至三個感應器 )， 如何添加 毛巾及 衛生紙補充方法。

Все очень понравилось, всем советую.
