本次旅行中最滿意的酒店，環境非常好，安靜整潔，遇到的服務生都很友好，酒店地理位置很不錯，過馬路走幾步就是大超市，離海邊也非常近。

In simple terms Air conditioning did not work, TV did not work and wifi would not connect to TV. I was promised in writing a refund since we had to check out x2 days early. i have tried on numerous occasions to follow this up without any response.

地理位置挺好的，出門幾條街都是吃的逛的，附近有楊國福麻辣燙和蘭州拉麪，推薦蘭州拉麪！但是兩室一廳的其中一個房間沒有空調，換氣不是很好，床不算大，但是兩個人也夠睡，被子有一點薄。另外前台不是24小時的，不是很方便，不提供水和牙刷牙膏，公寓型酒店基本中規中矩吧。想追求一些服務喝體驗的話不是很適合，但是實用性還可以，可以做飯，但是我沒有使用。

本來預訂的是雙卧套房，後來因為家裡出了狀況訂一卧，然後又恢復需要雙卧的，跟前台説明後給我們換成了城景雙卧，環境很好，性價比很高 一家人推薦入住

地理位置方便，在Collins&Williams轉角。 由於是酒店公寓，入住期間沒有任何清理服務。 拖鞋牙刷需要自帶，有廚房設備、洗衣機。 雙卧一家還算方便。 空調聲音略大，床小了點，被子太薄。 喜歡旁邊的Peoples coffee～

酒店地理位置不錯 就是門口有點隱蔽不太好找 入住期間有小插曲 其中一晚沒有熱水 但也沒有人通知是大樓煤氣壞了 第二天問前台才知道

這家酒店慎選，又舊又破，按金要打電話才給操作退，但退了一週我的信用卡公司還沒收到解除的訊息。住之前備註要安靜的房間，剛到的時候給我們安排在一套正對對面屋頂空調外機的房間更別説景觀了，都遮擋了。我下樓和前台提出換房，前台不假思索的説沒房，我又説了下我來之前就提過要求而且帶孩子和長者要休息好，她假惺惺的説讓她check 一下，幾秒鐘後就是硬説沒有，我打開手機攜程，顯示還有4間房。那攜程你和酒店商量下到底是誰的問題？這裏的前台除了一個胖胖的領班模樣的一直有笑容很客氣，其它幾個輪班的都聽不懂話説話態度很業餘。洗衣機超級臟，用白毛巾洗了幾遍都滿毛巾的黑屑黑毛！還有，都説位置好，好個egg！距離火車站足足走十分鐘，總之大家有其他選擇就不要選這家！實在愛走路寧願選對面洲際酒店
