房間還可以，乾淨衞生都可以，就是對比其他鉑爾曼沒有那麼高級，位置特別好，離唐人街特別近，適合在墨爾本citywalks，步行就可到達很多打卡景點，

房間玻璃窗是單層的，街道和周圍的噪音大易傳入，怕嘈的人難入睡。鄰近唐人街，想吃中餐倒是很方便。但如果不想吃中餐，其實不太推薦，人流也太大。

Extremely convenient. Few mins walk to the main shopping area and Chinatown. Only downside is no swimming pool.

酒店超讚：一是位置好，市中心緊鄰唐人街，二是出門周邊都是打卡地，維多利亞圖書館、聖保羅教堂等，周邊好多飯館，中餐館也多，吃飯非常方便，三是酒店前台有中國人，自由行入住酒店可以提出找“會中文的經理”辦理入住，四是房間大 床寬1.5米，帶兩個小孩入沒問題，房間很乾凈，花灑好用，水很沖，洗髮水護髮素超好用，有洗手液香皂浴帽，無牙具需自己帶，五是酒店每層樓道有直飲水的水龍頭，可以接水，很方便。（圖5是酒店門口，看到大花牆就找到酒店了）

地點是真的不錯，但酒店外觀、大堂比較似3星酒店，房間也很一般，睡床令人瞓得很不舒服，而且這酒店算是相對較貴，種種原因就是讓人不爽，原本打算住4個晚上，就是因為這種種原因睡了一晚，便把後面的全部取消，下次過來應該不會再入住，但早餐還是很不錯，
