Not very impressed from the first day when waiting to check in more than 15 minutes. Staffs were in the back room, come out only there is priority/ premium guest to check in. Breakfast 6 days are the same, the menu does not much change, very poor breakfast so far under Pullman brand. The chef could not cook egg properly, egg sunny side up, burn under, white egg uncooked, not much enjoy for breakfast. Staff very nice but the service not so good. Told the front staff to tell the house keeper to refill body lotion in the room from the first day but not thing change, if check now, lotion should be empty. Expect more from Pullman name!
