Liked the stay and overall experience was very nice. Infact, stayed in the resort during my complete stay as they had multiple activities planned within. One place where they can improve is more kids engaging activities as they had it but could be more compared to the ample things to do for adults.

Most comfortable and luxurious stay with eye to detail given to every nook & corner. Pleasant & helpful staff, be it restaurant, front desk, house keeping, gym attendant or indoor activities attendant. Buffet spread at both breakfast and dinner was elaborate n delicious. They have many activities in and around the resort to keep both adults n kids busy. Wilderness walk in the morning was interesting and ended with an interaction with animals kept in their animal farm..it was very interesting for kids as they fed chickens n fish with their hands..Here I would especially thank,Jagath, the wilderness walk guide for giving info on coffee plants and other many trees in the plantation.They hv paid activities too like zip line and rope bridge walking etc. Although we had reached an hour before check-in time, our room was ready. We did not try the Spa but i am sure their services will be great too. Overall a great stay I would love to go back again Parveen Dhariwal

All star ratings for this resort, be it service, professionalism, customizing our stay with special requests for celebrating occasions, rooms, ambiance, food, maintenance of the resort, activities, value for money. Interactions with the staff starts even before arrival to coorg. They check-in to make sure our journey from home has begun and airport pickups are up to date. Upon arrival we are welcomed by chukku coffee, this coffee warmed my heart. Be sure to pack a pair or shoes with good grip for March. The activities require walking down the slopes and soil is loose at most places. Carry a cap as it can get sunny in the mid morning time. Mornings and evenings are cool and pleasant. We had booked our cabs to and fro from mysore Airport and CWR via makemytrip app. We had a good experience. It takes 2.5hrs to 3hrs by road including a coffee break. The resort also has their own fleet of cabs that we could use for airport pickups and drops . We were greeted by Nithin, our single point of contact for our 3 days stay. He ensured seamlessly that all my 10+ special requests were taken care of without any follow-up. It's magical how each staff knew about my son's bday and wished him during various occasions in the day. One request was for staff to take candid photos of our group at all activities, they followed it without any follow-ups. Various staff members offered to take pictures of our group all 3 days. It saved us from missing one member from our group being the photographer in our pictures ... Since my first query on their website about booking, i was assigned with a contact that changed with each step completion. Starting with understanding the package, negotiations and special requests for my sons bday celebration, then payment. Followed by detailing out each request by Anthony, Yashaswini and Hima where they suggested more ideas about how to make our stay special each day witj personalisations at the resort with our parents and a toddler. We did birdwatching walk where I had prepped my toddler days before with all the birds that we would see, their names and pictures. Yes we did see a few during the walk but we saw more during our stay from our balcony and while just taking a stroll. My son and we loved the buggy rides which they are super prompt when called over phone to request for one, they were at the location within seconds each time. Even after a month of our vacation here, my son rides his wobbly car at home pretending to be riding a buggy and taking passengers to various points in CWR. The staff suggested we celebrate my son's bday in nature at their organic farming area where they also have an animal husbandry with chickens, goats, rabbits, ducks, fish, a coconut stall, etc. They arranged for a customized cake on request at the location.
