Aegean Suites, Santikos Collection

A really lovely hotel! We have just returned from a week here and can honestly say that the staff are the most welcoming and accommodating that we've ever experienced anywhere. All of the staff did a wonderful job at providing a personalised service whilst remaining professional and respecting our time and space. The hotel itself is very well presented and in an ideal location with super sea views. It was great to watch the boats going in and out from the very comfortable sun loungers. Our suite was lovely with a great terrace area and garden and sea views. The room was cleaned daily and fresh towels were provided. We made use of the sister hotel a couple of times which was great as a transfer service is provided and you are able to use the sun loungers situated on the beach - very clear water. A highlight of our stay was definitely breakfast. Myroniki led the team so well and together with Angelo and Kostas they work tirelessly to ensure that everyone has everything they would like - all with a smile! The choice for breakfast was very good and we thoroughly enjoyed this each morning. We also ate from the snack/pool menu as well as some evening meals. All of the hotel food was beautifully presented and truly delicious. A huge thank you to all of the hotel team. We hope to return some day!

It was a lovely hotel all the staff were lovely really helpful and couldnt do enough. . Breakfast was good made better by Dimitrious serving us. As we were all inclusive we tried most of the meals over the week they were all delicious. My husband wasn't keen on the seafood risotto but that's his preference. The location is great 15 minutes to skiathos town or catch the bus( if you can get on it) very busy. Our room was lovely with a jacuzzi. It has only 22 rooms so felt it was a really friendly hotel we met some lovely people staying there. Just be aware dependent on what room you are in there are lots of steps to climb, in the heat it can be tiring. Skiatos is Beautiful

Great week in Skiathos and the Aegean was ideal for our stay. Really pleased with location - the beach bars and restaurants were fab and we wouldn’t have discovered if staying in town. Whilst highlighted a 20 min walk into town - I would get a taxi €10 or the bus! Rooms are slightly dated - take your own hair dryer - but view was stunning and worth the steps to the 2nd floor. If you aren’t the fittest would make sure you are on the lower floor as it’s a lot of steps! Didn’t really struggle for a sun bed and bar staff very friendly. Dimitiros smashs breakfast and remember our individual quirks (plus was very polite when I smashed a plate!!) Gluten free options available but bread wasn’t the best. Timothoe on reception gave us some brilliant local restaurant tips! Ludojiv the porter - what a hero getting our bags up and down to our room - thank you! Highly recommend visiting the sister hotel Princess - shuttle available - lovely beach and nice little village to visit - thank you to the Aegean hotel manager for the lift!

My wife and I stayed the last week of June, we had wonderful and relaxing time. Everything was pristine, and the staff were very friendly, a special mention for Dimitris and Niki who were always attentive and helpful. Many thanks John and Melissa

Excellent stay at this hotel. Staff are very good and go out of their way to help. Great breakfast and full marks to Demetrie who runs the breakfast like clockwork. If you’re looking for a very quiet relaxing break you’ll get it here. It’s a 20 minute walk into the centre of Skiathos where you’ll find many watering holes and little places to eat.

This is a gorgeous hotel with lovely pool area and excellent location close enough to skiathos town for a 15 minute walk on an evening. Plenty of tavernas and restaurants nearby too. 3 supermarkets close by. Breakfast is lovely served in a lovely raised, covered area where you can watch the boats go by in the bay. All of the staff are brilliant but Dimitris is excellent at his job and always served us with a smile, he always remembered our requirements which is an excellent attribute. I would have given the hotel 5 stars if not for the 130 steps we had to climb to get to out room. We knew it had lots of steps and we're only early 50's so can do them reasonably easily but I wouldn't recommend it for people with walking issues or the elderly.
