It is a bit pricy however it worth it, the hotel offers half board meal type, very close to al haram, very flexible and accepted our request for late check out free of charge

The hotel location and rooms are excellent. Everything is fine except the discrepancy or segregation between the Arabs and Asians is still in existence in such a fine hotel. Tables for buffet were blocked and we were not allowed to sit because according to the server, it was booked for a big family. We too were a big family of 11 people but we were directed to dine in at another restaurant when there were long tables available. Buffet setting - should be free and easy seatings for Everyone. We should not be asked to move to another place when we were already there and the table were left empty for the ‘family”. Honestly, we were paying the same amount of whatever everyone else paid. This should not happen especially in such a well known hotel which is a stone throw away from our Beloved Prophet S.A.W. In His last sermon, The Prophet said, “O people, your Lord is one and your father Adam is one. There is no virtue of an Arab over a foreigner, nor a foreigner over an Arab, and neither white over black nor black over white, except by righteousness. Nevertheless, everything else is good. The above is my honest opinion which will be a good lesson for myself and everyone involved.
