Hi, Room service was really bad. Once I asked them to room service and he started arguing with me that I have to wash my cups myself. And the keep on ignoring my request for room service. Room Smells soo bad. I would never recommend it to anyone. Thanks!

Lokasi dekat dengan masjid Nabawi dan pusat perbelanjaan. Menu makanan indonesia yang tiap hari menunya hampir sama. Yang mengganggu selama 4 hari kami disana, ada 3 hari alarm kebakaran berbunyi dan saya tanyakan ke front desk mereka seperti tidak terlalu peduli dan mengatakan itu false alarm karena ada yg merokok, lift jg sempat mati berapa lama. Selama menginap tidak ada layanan pembersihan kamar Semoga kedepannya pelayanan bisa ditingkatkan.

Hôtel très proche du Masjid Nabawi. Porte à proximité c’est la 338 .. Le seul bémol de ce hôtel c’est les ascenseurs et chambre spacieux mais propreté à revoir

Very small room and busy lift especially during sholat times. just location is excellent, the rest facilities is not good compare the price that very expensive don't have time to have breakfast since we must go to airport before fajr. reception very nice, he allow me to early check in at 13.00

The room aircon is hot and ask to fixed but no one came to fixed it,even the sinks is clogged i ask receptionist to fixed but no one come.

Hotel is rated too high . It is 2 stars hotel not 4 . Services are so bad also not clean.

Horrible, toxics staff behaviours and AVOID AVOID The overall stay with this hotel was a horror experience. I have never seen a place that dirty, and all the fitting and fixture are about to collapse. Start with toilet seat all over the toilet seat was full of pee and on shower tray full of hair and dirty tissues. All the side drawer and table were full of dust. All the bed sheet and blanket and towel were dirty. I had to go to the mosques to use their toilet and didn’t have shower during the stay with this dirty hotel. The cleaners are rude when asked to clean the room and toilet. I also slept in the mosque in one evening as the hotel room made me sick. The breakfast I have out of word to describe the breakfast. All the tables were dirty, no cutlery and foods are horrible. The bread needs hummer to break it as its was hard like stone. I have no ideas how old those foods are as smell comes like rioted food. And the staff in the breakfast place was rude, toxics, dangerous, I have no ideas how the hotel management is keeping this kind of people. All their management is malfunction. The lift, hardly get chance to use it. Mostly had to use stair to get up in 8 floors. I prefer to stay on the street rather this terrible hotel. I had paid £438.97 for 5 of us for 2 nights. But this horrible hotel doesn’t worth any penny.
