Nice hotel and good services. Thanks to the front desk team and duty manager mutasim for excellent service

Even though hotel is located around 12k from Masjid Nabwi but thier regular shuttle service with excellent timings for all the 5 prayers makes up fir the distance. The drop off point at Haram of the shuttle is under the haram floor so great service. Breakfast is OK, not of a 5 star standard though and replenishing is slower, needs improvement.

The only thing I didn't like about the hotel is , they used the hotel lobby for wedding reception which really spoiled our privacy as we walked through the crowd to approach the elevator

Overall good experience

I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel . I was completely ignored multiple times while waiting at the reception. The ladies working there seemed uninterested in helping me or even acknowledging my presence. It was frustrating and disrespectful, especially when I was clearly in need of assistance. However, I want to give credit where it’s due – Mr. Jarrah Abdeljalil was the only person who welcomed me and treated me with respect. He was kind, attentive, and made me feel valued. Unfortunately, his professionalism was not reflected by the others. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and ensures that all staff treat guests with the same level of respect that Mr. Jarrah did.
