Al-Andalus Palace 3

Terrible place to rent. please if you have a choice do not rent this Andalus palace. we booked 2 months ago location in front of Roza rasool. when we got there they said it’s all full go to other location. we went there and waited hours they give us room on third floor when we went to that room someone else was already there. They give us room on 17th floor. There is no towels no service we moved our luggage by ourselves. Lobby was packed with people.

The worst hotel I have ever stayed in. It’s like a refugee camp and it’s not even cheap for the price they charge. Came to a filthy room, they didn’t change the bedding from the previous person who was staying there. The carpet is dirty, no kettle provided even after I requested it. Broken furniture. They don’t even take your bags to the rooms they just watch you do it yourself.

this hotel is unlivable from all standards. the rooms are very dirty, the carpets havent been vaccumed in years, the bathroom tiles have mold in them, the bed sheets are stained and dirty, there is no service provided for cleaning and the cleaners come to ask for tips, its miraculous there is no infestation in the hotel.

L’emplacement et le rapport qualité prix sont corrects. Un peu dégradé dans les espaces communs, pas de serviette dans la chambre, le check in commence au delà de 16 heures, pas eu la possibilité d’avoir la chambre avant. Épicerie en bas de l’hôtel.
